"Miss, congratulations, you're pregnant, about five weeks along," the doctor said to her with a smile.

She turned pale and immediately retorted, "That's impossible! I've been taking birth control pills!"

"However, according to the test results, you haven't been taking them for over a month."

"What?!" Mo Ran exclaimed in shock, her eyes wide. She was certain she had taken them; how could they have been discontinued for over a month?
