As soon as Elias left the carriage, everyone else did the same. Freida did it first. After that, it was Lukas, and then it was Violett.

Once out of the carriage, Lukas stretched his arms. "It feels so good to stretch your legs," he said.

Violett sighed. "You have nothing to complain about, you were sleeping ever since the carriage departed," she said.

Lukas shrugged his shoulders. "Yeah, but I didn't change my position during the whole trip. It lasted, like, 2 hours," he countered.

Elias, on the other hand, started walking towards the gate. "Come on, let's get going," he said, looking back at them.

Lukas raised his brow slightly. "What's with him?" he asked.

Freida stood beside Lukas. "Don't you remember that he's always loved the idea of you marrying Nathalie?" she asked. "Well, I guess that didn't change much," the blonde woman added.
