Downs Of Responsibility

France, October 5th 1803

7:46 AM

Lukas left Herman's tent, immediately followed by him. Once outside, he could see that there were many soldiers around already.

They were all doing many different things. They were exercising themselves, eating, chatting among each other, etc.

Lukas sighed while pocketing his right hand. 'Maybe this is the right time time to talk to all of them. Well, they're not all awake. It's better to wait half an hour or so in order to be able to communitace with everyone at the same time. It's better like that,' he thought.

As soon as Lukas finished his train of thought, he felt a thud on his shoulder, which was Herman placing his hand over it with relative strength.

The blonde boy calmly turned his head around to look at his captain. "What is it?" he asked.

Herman shrugged his shoulders. "Nothing. Are you going to talk to them now?" he asked back.
