Lesley intensely stares at Jacoben's back while she follows him to his office. She remembers the day her mother commanded her to apply for a job at MNA. Amanda was talking on the phone that day to a person who apparently gave her a recommendation so she would have a higher chance of being accepted into this hospital.
Jacoben was probably the friend Amanda was referring to because she remembered how he had just casually hired her. He did not even read her resume. She has a strong feeling that it is no accident that she and that man posing as a security guard are working here.
She sighed. This is not the right time to be thinking about that. She slightly shook her head to put aside her doubts and concerns. She has to focus on their plan for now. After they are done with the mission, she will ask those questions to Jacoben. Hopefully, he will give her an honest answer.
