chapter One

Bella's POV

I woke up this morning to the sound of my phone and i didn't check the caller and just picked the call as i was about to say hello. Then i heard "GET TO THE OFFICE NOW". I jumped out of the bed and landed on the floor. I stood up in pain and checked the time and saw it was 8:30 i was thirty minute late for work.

I immediately rushed to the to the bathroom and did my business and decided to settle with a black pencil skirt and a off should grey top with black high heel. I checked the time it was 8:50 i have ten minutes to reach the company. I left the house and locked the house then i hailed a cab and told the driver where i am going.

Later, when i arrived i ran to the elevator not caring what people thing about me. I reached the 60 floor where only my boss and i office are. I checked the time it was 9:00 while checking the time i bumped into someone and we fell on the floor and i look into his oceanic blue eye and he said"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING ON TOP OF ME, GET UP". I i was on top of my boss and immediately stood up ready to receive the shout of my life.

He stood up and dusted himself. Then said"FIRST YOU COME LATE NOW YOU JUMPED ON ME WHAT KIND OF ASSISTANT ARE YOU, YOU EVEN FORGOT TO BRING MY COFFEE FROM THE CAFE ON YOUR WAY TO WORK YOU ARE NOT PUNCTUAL, YOU ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, YOU FORGETFUL, I DON'T KNOW WHY I HAVE AN ASSISTANT LIKE YOU HOW AM I EVEN SURE YOU FINISH SCHOOL YOU ARE A FUCKING IDIOT AND AN ILLITERATE"

That is it i am angry then i said "i am not an illiterate and an idiot". He said "what did you say". Then i shouted" i am not an illiterate and an idiot in fact i am fucking damn tired of you treating me like i am an animal or something you pick from dustbin and for your fucking damn information i finished school. Everything i do you shout at me in fact you are a fucking arrogant and spoiled bastard as a matter of fact i quit".

As i was going to the elevator, he grab my arm and pressed it hard. He said "how dare you call me a bastard who gave you the right". I said "Ryan, let go of my arm now before something bad happens". He tighten his hand and said "what can you do you brat"i couldn't control myself i raised my other hand and slapped him.

Then i struggle to free myself i got free i left the office feeling proud and sad the same time. I am proud i stood up for my self but sad that i have to leave because i will miss the office, my colleagues even my boss( Because of his shouting).

Ryan's POV

How dare she slap me i Ryan Kingston owner of Kingston Jewelries Industry. I don't need her there are many girl that want to be assistant and can do anything for me.

It has been two weeks now and i have not seen a perfect assistant or at least match or pass there standard of Bella all the women only came here to seduce me. I can't manage this company without her and the company is at stake so i have no other choice but to go and beg her to come back to the company. Even saying it is weird.

Bella's POV

It has been two week and i have not yet found a job. After my search of job today i wet home exhausted .When i reached home i threw my things on the floor walked into my room changed into one of my long shirt that is knee length and immediately fall on the bed exhausted and too tiered to cook and soon the darkness took over.

I work up to the sound of my phone i annoyingly off it. After a few minutes to the sound of my door i angrily ignored it but soon the the noise began louder as if the person was banging on the door i used pillow to cover my ear soon than later the noise stop.

Then all of the sudden i heard something break in the living room. I stood up quiet and walked slowly to the kitchen grabbing anything i saw which is a frying pan and walked slowing walked into the living room and and saw a dark figure as i was about to hit it i heard " stop Bella".

Then i realised it was and dropped the pan and went to switch on the light.
