Opportunities are worth the risks
Rose sat in her office wondering how to solve this package issue. It wasn't the first time she faced it. The previous one was for her. But this one, she wasn't sure!
She still has to check if Claudia knew about magic as she was the one who had ordered the package hit on her. Many things become tangled before they can be untangled.
"Host, are you going to ask your mentor?"
Rose was tempted, yes. Why couldn't she ask someone who had obvious powers to do the job perfectly? She should, right?
But she was still not sure. Living here, alone in the human world, made her wary. It was okay if the issue involved her. But if it was for Asher, she couldn't just trust her mentor.
"Let's see if the surveillance charm works or not! Then we can see if I need to ask someone else or not. Also, the Magic Office would be interested in this, I guess."
She had to ask someone about it.
Rose completed her work, ate lunch, and then went to meet Asher.
