"So, you intend to date Rose?"
The only one who remotely scared Asher was Ria. Not the Queen, not Chris, but Ria. He still had a fear of ghosts.
And she used it to her favor.
"Answer me!"
"Yes!"
They made Asher sit on the chair and they took turns interrogating him. Looked like they were enacting a crime or a comedy-drama.
Chris should have had more experience in this.
"Yes, I want to marry her when she wants to."
Ria stood back. Chris took her place.
"And what if you don't treat her well?"
Before he could answer, Emily appeared before them.
"The door is locked, why?" She looked everywhere and her eyes lit up.
"We are interrogating him? What happened?"
Ria dragged her behind and told her the details.
"I'm waiting for your answer."
Chris growled but Rose felt he was trying to act like a tiger.
