10 Kali Gets Bullied

"Tsu!" Kali hugged Asui, rubbing her cheek against hers. Up until now, no one had ever called Kali their friend. The girls at school ignored her because she was always causing trouble. But this did not mean Kali did not wish to make friends. She just had a strange way of expressing herself, and that normally put people off.

Growing up on the streets with so much power allowed her an easy street life, but it did not allow her a normal childhood. She had to grow up fending for herself, worrying about what she would eat next or if she would need to resort to petty crime to get what she needed. While she did end up getting used to it, she never actually liked having to do things that went against her conscience. If she was able to make some money, she would go into a store, buy something and accidentally leave the cost of the things she stole before.

She would never admit it herself, but she looked up to the heroes she saw on the streets. And hoped one day that maybe she would be saved. But in the end, she was the one who had to save the number one hero, All Might himself. But this gave birth to a new plan which allowed her to be where she was today. She now had a family and a home to call her own. She couldn't ask for more. That was until she heard Asui say that they were friends. As she hugged Asui, Kali did not even realize she had a tear rolling down her cheek.

She finally felt like her life was slowly becoming normal, like all the other people around her. This did not mean her passion for pranking people was gone. She did find it quite fun. But for those who she considered friends and for those who showed her kindness, she would do everything she could to make them happy.

Asui patted Kali's back with a small smile on her face. When she felt the wetness from Kali's tear touching her cheek, her heart grew warm for the strange, eccentric girl.

Kali and Asui, along with her little brother and sister, played at the arcade for a while before Kali said her goodbyes, and the two girls promised to meet up at UA. Kali went home with a big smile on her face as she walked with a slight skip in her step. Even All Might, was treated with a special custard pie causing him to cry tears and hug Kali, who for once did not push him away.

It was finally time. It was Kali's first day at UA. She slowly walked through the halls with her backpack on as she made her way to her classroom, which was class 1-A. But as she walked through the door, she was met with a certain Tuna's teary eyes expression. "Kali! What did you tell the girls!? They all look at me like I am some kind of monster!"

Kali kicked the Tuna away and frowned. "Why are you blaming me for? Be happy your little hero act actually allowed you to pass. And instead of worrying about what others think about you, maybe you should try to control that power of yours. Because if you can't make it so that it doesn't make you unable to move after each use within a month, I will make it so you can join the girls in the girl's bath."

Midoriya felt a cold chill run down his spine. Even some of the other boys who had heard her couldn't help but flinch at her words. "It's you!"

Another familiar voice rang out, causing Kali to look at a certain Trash Boy, who was getting out of his chair with a mocking smile. But before Trash Boy could say anything else, he felt like his foot got stuck on something and fell flat on his face causing laughter to fill the room.

"You! How did you do it!?" Glasses man ran forward with strange hand movements. "How did you score one hundred on both heroics and villains?"

"Huh? I just did what needed to be done." Kali was confused. She only did what everyone else was doing. She never kept count of her score the entire time.

"This…." Glass man felt a little down from hearing Kali's answer, but he knew there was nothing he could do about it. Instead, he reached out his hand and said: "My name is Tenya Ida. You can call me Ida."

Kali raised her hand and put it in front of her mouth as she said in a not so low voice: "Are you hitting on me Glasses-kun~?"

"Glasses-kun? What!? No! I just thought we should be friends since we are in the same class!" Ida replied quickly, feeling a little flustered. He had never met a girl like the one in front of him before.

Kali smiled, finding Ida's reactions interesting, before reaching out her hand to shake his. "Names Kali."

"Ummm…" A soft voice came from behind Kali. She turned around to see Floaty Girl standing there.

It was then that Kali realized she had been standing in the way. "Ah, sorry, Floaty Girl."

"Kali, you should be nicer to people." Asui's voice came from behind Floaty Girl which resulted in Kali disappearing and reappearing behind Asui and hugging her from behind. "Tsu! Floaty Girl tried to bully me!"

"What I did not!"
