I just could not even believe what I just heard and I don't have the guts to share it with Ren. Di-Did Shaun really..? I felt suffocated I can't breath and I want to get out of here. I raised my hand to get the attention of the teacher and excused to go to the bathroom. I tried to walk as casually as possible.Only after I was out of the classroom,I ran towards the bathroom without even caring about my surrounding and the whispers among the students who were at the hallway.After I got settled inside the cubicle and locked it, I lost the strength to even support myself and fell to my knees,mumbling MURDER!! Shaun murdered his father? His own biological father? I don't know the reason behind it but how can someone just murder his father with his own hand and just roam around freely and not have a slight guilt about it. I tried to calm myself down and took deep breathes a few times before standing up and walking out of the cubicle, pretending as if nothing happened. Before going out of the bathroom I checked myself in the mirror and rinsed my face a few times and moved casually towards my class. Our chemistry class was over and now it's P.E. class. The whole class was a mess right now, students were moving to the boys and girls lockers separately. I saw Ren,sitting in his seat and surrounded by several girls who were trying to talk to him and get his attention.I didn't wanna disturb him but I have to because if were not fast and late for the P.E. class the human-faced demon, our P.E. teacher Mr. Rodriguez, will surely insult and punish us. I started to move towards him when suddenly someone walked by my side and his shoulder bumped strongly against mine which caused me to loose my balance and fall on the ground. Its was Shaun. This bastard did it intentionally as he is now smirking evilly on my face and looking down on me as if I am an insect who can be squashed anytime by his feet. The students stopped shuffling and started to see the scene.Some were mocking me while the others just ignored me as usual.Ren paced towards me with a worried expression and supported me to stand, he then glared at Shaun and said, "Do you even have eyes or just left them with your brain at your old school!!" Ren was furious and his voice, which is now higher than his usual soft tone, is the evident of that. Shaun didn't even bother to reply and just moved out of the class with a war winning smile. Ren tried to stop him but I grabbed him by his arms as a sign for him to 'stop and ignore'. He looked towards me and his furious expression changed into his usual soft expression.He asked with concern written on his face, "Are you hurt? Do you want to go to see the Doctor? "while checking me thoroughly.Only when I said was totally fine he heaved a sigh of relief. But his next question caught me off guard,"Why did he tried to hurt you?Do you know him?"I could not reply him and just smiled sheepishly. 'If only I could tell you that I just provoked him and also came around his secret, without him knowing.' I face palmed internally about how stupid I can be sometimes.Ren and I started to move towards our class and later the day went smoothly,ignoring the fact that Shaun was giving me deathly glare from time to time. After school, I followed my usual schedule and started to move on my path to the convenience store where I work as a part-timer. The pay was not too handsome or one could say it was low than normal jobs.But as beggars can't be choosers, I was also left with no choices because no one wanted to give me job. I don't know the reason behind it maybe because of my ugly face or maybe because of my spooky behaviour which often scared the customers.I greeted the manager who responded with just a hmmm without even looking at my face as he was speaking with someone on the phone. I went straight to the changing room and changed into my working attire which was black jeans with grey T-shirt.It is compulsory for all the workers to wear the attire provided by the store during the working hours. As I took my shift,the person before me whose name was Eren ,thanked me and moved towards the changing room. He has a good personality but his only flaw is that he is a cheater. He is dating several girls at the same time,he is a true Player without even being caught by any of the girl. He can't even control his coquetry even during the working hours. I sometimes think how the manager don't see it but I always come up with the same answer 'scoundrel born under a lucky star'.I shift my attention from him to the counter.The store was scarcely crowded so I tried to clean the counter which was earlier messed up by Eren. I heard the sound of the automatic door opening and closing followed by some footsteps which stopped right infront of the counter. I put on a fake smile and tried to give a warm greeting to the customer while saying, "Welco-"I was not even able to finish my words as the words got cemented in my mouth. Droplets of cold sweat formed on my forehead just by looking at his face. I was internally cursing and thinking about the person whose face I saw before starting the day. Just fuck my life, it was me, the most hapless person I can be a bad luck for not only others but for myself too. He was the last person whom I wanted to see today.....
