He clearly heard every footstep that was there in Kalden's ears. Like an echo touching a circle from Kalden, it tells their position, and also Kalden can feel whether those people are relaxed or in a hurry. Everything about Kalden can feel very well.

Not only that, if Kalden focuses on himself, he can see everything in his radius, like a ripple spreading the sensor, when it touches an object, Kalden can know what they are doing. Now, he calmly passed through the two huge pillars in front of the emperor's palace, looking extremely luxurious and guarded by two famously great imperial knights.

However, their greatness still did not make them dare to stare at Kalden, they took care of themselves and were full of submission not to look at Kalden or even belittle him. Those in the empire heard all the terrible stories about him.

The big door in front of Kalden opened, the red carpet stretched out to the throne, showing that this red carpet came from a lot of blood. Achieving power is never without sacrifice.

"I am Count Kalden Oriesdett facing emperor Xavier Vaenlight."

Kalden immediately crossed paths in front of a man wearing a crown over his head. He lowered his head, and the emperor named Xavier did not immediately tell Kalden to raise his head. He looked at Kalden with a look of cold eyes that shrouded everything in Kalden. The young figure that people say is the wings of the empire, but according to Xavier, Kalden is just the hunting dog he likes.

This hunting dog he has raised very well and he will never let go.

"Raise your head, Count."

Kalden raised his head, his violet eyes calmly looking at Xavier who had a blue eye color. Xavier's thick brown hair covered his age of 50. Xavier smiled in a way that wasn't very pleasant to look at and Kalden was completely expressionless in Xavier's presence.

"I'm here to give a report on what happened in Calios. Harlian has accepted the execution on the spot, and his family may have received the same. All the harlian treasures up to the hidden have been taken over to restore the glory of Calios, for the empire of Vaenlight."

Kalden gave a report, his voice was very calm and sounded very unfeeling. Those purple eyes faced with Xavier, looked darker and darker. Anyone who looked at those eyes, would not know what Kalden was thinking and would sink into the abyss of darkness that they did not understand.

"You are indeed very reliable. I'll give you a reward for it. Come forward."

Xavier was no less calm in the face of Kalden. He who has been in power for a long time and has also experienced damn days to be at this peak, he is not easily daunted by anything. His sharp eyes showed clearly his cunning. And Kalden has been in front of him.

A servant not far away, after seeing the head movement of his emperor, directly approached and carried a red box in his hand, the box was 15 x 15 centimeters, and Xavier opened it.

He lifted a small, slender, red bottle that Kalden didn't know what it really was.

"This is a very rare potion. You can use it for healing."

Kalden held his hand up, and Xavier passed it in Kalden's hand.

"Thank you for your kindness, Emperor Xavier Vaenlight."

Kalden had come out of the hall where he met the emperor, on a throne he liked little.

Kalden's face was cold, he held the potion given by Xavier and looked at the red inside. Kalden's eyes twitched. Then he put it in his inner pocket. Kalden looked to his left, and an old figure that was like a raccoon had been standing there. His ruddy hair and his cane-wielding stare at Kalden with his eyes filled with hatred.

Kalden's lips still kept closing, he didn't say even though he saw a person with a higher status than himself.

"Someone must well teach your attitude. You have to say a greeting to me and look down."

Duke Balham hardened his jaw looking at Kalden who was not responding to him. The child in front of him looks ignorant of him and has cold eyes.

"You take your position high as an imperial wings, without knowing that we can eliminate the wings by cutting off." Duke Balham again said in his angry voice, he watched Kalden intently.

Ever since Kalden became Oriesdett's outward successor, he strongly opposed it and disliked the filthy blood of being a nobleman. The wings of the empire should be those who are truly imperial.

"Before cutting off the wings, just make sure that the sword is sharp, Duke Balham."

Kalden finally opened his lips, his indifferent voice and full of counter-threats irritated Duke Balham. He wanted to tear Kalden apart just now, but Kalden's squinted eyes flickered looking at him terribly.

"Make a sharp sword, or Duke, do you want me to introduce a blacksmith?" Kalden again said something that could provoke emotions from Duke Balham.

This time Kalden's remarks really annoyed Duke Balham. He was the center of other nobles gathered; he was always considered by other nobles important, and other nobles would curry favor with him. But Kalden, a young nobleman, dared to ignore him once and even said a counter-threat to him.

His teeth gritted and then his frowned face disappeared.

"Having wings but being in a cage, of course it's going to be an easy target, isn't it?" Duke Balham smiled slightly when he said it. There was no hospitality at all when Duke Balham said that.

"That's right. But is the cage small?" Kalden brought himself closer and the whispering voice sounded terrible.

"I'm leaving first, Duke Balham."

Kalden glanced at Duke Balham and he walked over without waiting for Duke Balham to answer his remarks. His back away from Balham, irritated Balham, like something extremely disturbing black shadow.

"He's so arrogant, that trash kid."

As the wind moved upon him, Balham said with great hatred within him, then he turned to take care of his work in this empire. As for Kalden, he stared more and more fiercely, horribly.
