Methods of Cultivation
"The next technique I have prepared for you is called 'Thousand Heavenly Soul Imprint'" a bright glow suddenly appeared coming out from the scroll with a rune representing 'soul' embedded inside a golden palm shining right above the hovering scroll in front of Zhou Ye.
"Thousand Heavenly soul imprint- wow that sounds SO COOL~" Zhou Xinqiu laughed and jumped up with her hands in the air.
"Ay young lady, relax, this technique is a very very complicated and difficult technique. You wont have time for anything else except cultivating this technique. However, if you succeed, your power will be unimaginable in the body tempering stage and even when you enter the Qi circulation realm your power will be equivalent to those arrogant so called 'geniuses' from the Golden pupil and Black Jade factions." Zhou Ye stood up and the soul rune embedded in the floating palm became increasingly bigger and brighter, it even reached the level of being 3 times the size of the illusory hand. "Now watch and learn what is the meaning of cultivation" Zhou Ye walked over to one of the training puppets and released the palm imprint. The Resplendent light shined brighter and brighter until a loud bell sound reverberated out. Immediately the puppet was shattered into millions of pieces and the entire Cultivation chambers shook as if a world ending earthquake was occurring.
"I..." Zhou Xinqiu stared at the place where the puppet used to be with her mouth wide open. She stood there, void of any motion, speechless.
"Hmph, those little magic tricks your father taught you are nothing other than trash used to make babies laugh" Zhou Ye proudly spoke out as he watched Zhou xinqiu who's face was full of terror and a hint of excitement.
"I...I want to learn this technique from uncle, no matter the cost." she muttered out while her body was still trembling from the shock of that technique.
"Good, but I must tell you now, in order for you to cultivate this art and reach those god tier cultivation levels, you must have a heart of steel and nothing should be able to shake it. In more understandable terms, You cannot act like a child any longer. Do you think you can handle this?" Zhou Ye question Zhou Xinqiu with a stern face. If Zhou Xinqiu wouldn't be able to meet this requirement, then it would be impossible for her to reach the higher levels of cultivation, no matter how much talent she had.
"Yes Uncle, Xinqiu understands and will practice very hard" Zhou Xinqiu bowed to Zhou Ye with immense respect leaking out of her eyes.
"Alright then, this last scroll is very sacred however it is not really a technique."
"Oh? Its not a technique? what is it then?" Zhou Xinqiu began quietly asking questions in her head wondering what that 'sacred scroll' was.
"close your eyes, let your mind wander throughout your body until you reach the complete center of your body. A bright light should be floating there, grab it and bring it out." As Zhou Xinqiu did what Zhou Ye told her to do an illusory wooden scroll manifested in front of her. "see this trash cultivation method that your father gave you, it can't even be considered to be at the low man tier."
special methods that allowed one to use their energy to form an attack or increase their cultivation faster were known as Divine Techniques or Divine Cultivation methods. Both were split into Man, Earth, and Sky tiers. Each further split into low, mid, and high levels
Man tier techniques and cultivation methods were used for people in the body tempering stages, Earth tier techniques and cultivation methods were used for people in the Qi Circulation realm and Sky tier techniques were used for those who reached the Qifu level, condensing the Qi in ones meridians to create a palace in ones core used to store Qi known as ones Qifu (Qi Palace). Naturally for those levels above Qifu there were more levels of techniques.
Zhou Ye walked up to Zhou Xinqiu and stared at the illusory scroll in front of her again. "This scroll is known as your cultivation method. It is a trash method that is given to 6 year olds and therefore it has no use to you any longer." He walked closer to the illusory scroll and suddenly grabbed it and shattered it within the palm of his hand. The Qi in Zhou Xinqiu's body suddenly started going crazy and she felt like she was about to pass out. "Xinqiu, relax and focus, you must listen to my every word" She tried speaking but could only nod her head as she tried to stay conscious. "This last scroll is a high level man tier cultivation method that I had encountered on one of my journeys across the Yan empire. It has the name of 'Heaven Defying Blood Hammer cultivation method'. It allows one to use ones own blood to manifest powerful hammers which are used to temper ones body and Qi. Open the scroll carefully and let the information seep into your mind and the rest will follow naturally."
Zhou XInqiu did as she was told and opened the scroll, 4 huge words were imprinted into her mind 'Blood Against the Heavens'. She truly felt more pain than she had ever felt before and her blood and Qi all were running around in her body without a care if she died or not. Her mind wandered over to the center of her body and saw a manifestation of a Heavanly Hammer covered in blood breaking the sky. "ARGHHHHH, I AM NOT A TOY, YOU WILL LISTEN TO ME ONLY."
On the outside, Zhou Xinqiu's body seemed to be going through a transformation as red blood aura could be felt coming off of her. Zhou Ye's face flashed with a sense of concern however after waiting for a few minutes he decided to leave the cultivation chamber.
"If she can't deal with this small cultivation method herself then her talent truly has gone to waste"
