Middle Man

"Life used to be all nice and sunny, that all changed three years ago when I lost my mom. I guess Kellogg was right about one thing, you never knew what happiness was untell you lost it. Everything changes once it is gone, the laughter, the house feels different and even thinking about it hurts but life goes on untell you face it and come to terms."

I used to like waking up every morning to get dressed eat some food before school, but now its just a sad memory when I wake up because every time I see my parents room without my mom sitting up watch her show it makes my cry a little. Normally as I leave my house I would scream "Love you mom, Love you dad!" But now its like a ghost town in my house.

The road that goes up to my bus stop is long but I don't mind it, Sometime quite is what I like. As I get to the top of the bus stop something is off, no one is hear it is 6:50 and normally it is packed up here, where is the sun normally by this time the sun is just peaking over the mountains.

"Ugg I don't feel so well" I mummer

*body hits the floor*

My head it hurts so much, where am I?

As my eyes clear up there are nine people in black, they are all in like a curved shape in desks.

"Umm hello where am I?"

*Someone raised there index finger signaling to wait.*

"So, you have had a pretty shit time haven't you." The man in the middle says "Mother dead, Father doesn't even talk to you anymore, your by your self 24/7"

I had not even able to complete a full sentence, how could they know that. "Yeah, I guess"

"Well that good you agree, we are here to fix that for you." Man in middle

As I look around where I am at I can't even look anywhere it was darkness complete darkness except for what was in front of me.

"So have you every watched anime son."

Anime, What that's what you are asking me Anime really. "A little, but who are you guys or gals or people."

They all kind chuckled, oh yeah laugh at my pain.

"Well son, you are about to be thrown into a new world with fun abilities and as for us we are gods, that's what your race calls us if I am wrong."

Gods what the hell am I dead, how did I die, what's going to happen to my dad.

"Right now you are probably ask what about my dad and if you dead, well that's not what we are here to talk about. What we are is that in about five minutes you are going to fall and walk you in a new place."

"What do you mean fall, and wait about abilities, how do I use them?"

"Well we can't tell you everything so you are going to have to figure it out by your self."

And just as I was about to ask him another question my sit disappeared and I was thrown back into darkness.
