Forcefully pulled out of her dreams, Lin Xiaofei opened her eyes wide. A deadly glint was in it as she stared in front of her with eyes still gleaming with tears.

Beads of sweat formed on her forehead like pearls slowly falling down to her temple and cheek.

Lin Xiaofei didn't know how long did she stay dazed after waking up. Her heartbeat was beating so fast that she could literally hear it in her ears.

"You woke up." She heard the voice of a man coming from above her head.

Slowly moving her head to look up, Lin Xiaofei saw Qu Xing Xu's handsome face looking down on her.

When Qu Xing Xu saw that she opened her eyes, he let out a soft sigh of relief through his nose and put his chin on top of her head.

Their position was too close as Qu Xing Xu was holding her tightly in his arms but the man didn't care as the only thing that was inside his mind was how he could make her stop crying and wake her up from her dreams.
