The Birth of a Demon Lord

Labels affect people's lives in any world. As it turns out, being a demon brings a bunch of dangers. After his reincarnation the idea of being a demon didn't really bother Azemo, instead the reality of magic and fantasy occupied his thoughts. Gaining more power or a new technique was more important than learning about the war between demons, humans and beasts. Also he was reborn with modern day villains so being a demon was the least of his worries. At first it was like he was back at school, a school filled with violence and death but he was still learning stuff. However Azemo would be forced to learn about the gravity of being a demon when he ventured from the demon stronghold. Azemo did not have any grand goals or ideas but the world has a way of forcing troubles and tribulations upon beings.

Out and About

After our meeting with the Fang, the importance of quick growth was even more present and we decided as a group to spend two full weeks out in the wild. Not with any specific goals in mind, we decided to just go with the flow. Hunting dangerous monsters, saving anyone who was in the wrong spot and practicing our battle synergy.

Since we had our new inventory bags we could carry a lot of supplies and after a shopping spree we were pretty confident that we would not run out of anything.

Our decision was rather sudden and I believed that no one would be able to react fast enough. I still had suspicions that the zepsile had been empowered specifically to target us and if we could escape the watch of our mysterious enemy, we would be much safer.

Azel must have shared my inklings of danger and we left the city under the cover of darkness. It was really time for the tutorial to be over and I hoped we would truly be on our own, even just for the short few weeks.
