If someone had told Gabriel work would be this easy then he would never believe.

He'd finished the workloads given to him in a day, it was not to crack but he did. He got a few friends from the company, friends that don't consider him an outcast.

And Antonia? She'd never leave his side during the lunch break, even knowing he has a wife at home. Employees of the company often mistaken them as couples and they never made efforts to correct them, at the very least the ladies would leave him alone.

He would be lying if he says he doesn't enjoy working there, then it is a lie, a big one. The serene area makes working so much easy for him.

He'd be sipping his coffee while looking at the streets. He loves doing that ever since he started working at the company.

Over the weekend, Claire made up with him. It was childish and immature of them, as she had said and he had no option than to forgive her. She is his love life and he cannot stay angry at her forever.

Things went back to normal at home, even though he was not in support of her working, he never showed it to her. If he was to talk, then she might take it the wrong way now.

His phone beeped in his side pocket, he had put it on silent when he got off the bus. It was a message, a message from Clara.

'Guess our free time is over. The boss lady is back and she came back crazier than ever.' It says.

He chuckled, he has been hearing about the boss lady from Clara as she called her but they have never had an incident, hence he won't judge her yet.

It might not be his business, but over his stay in the company he had seen things that needed to be attended to urgently. He doesn't even know if his advice will be taken but he'd try at least.

Maybe if he gives it a try, it will work for everyone and including the customers.

'Is she in already? I have a report to submit to her directly.' He typed back, flexing his fingers.

The report thing wasn't partly a lie, he was meant to submit it to his boss directly but he knew his boss will not be offended if he takes it to her directly.

But still, he made his way to his boss's office, he'd inform him about his plans. He pressed a gentle knock on the door, and a petite voice answered.

Mr Arman is a man with a lady's voice, sometimes he'd be teased of being a lady indirectly. Hence reason why Mr Arman secludes himself from any social event.

"Sir, the report is done and if you don't mind, I want to submit it to the CEO directly."Gabriel informed in a respective voice.

Arman nodded. "I don't mind. I know you do your work correctly." He smiled, leaving the office.

His phone beeped again. 'Yeah, I think she is. I only got a glimpse of her back when she was passing. Just be careful." Clara sent, with a bit of warning laced in her text.

He'd only smile, shoving the phone back in his pocket before taking the file that was on his desk. He walked towards the elevator. "Off to where? Gabe." Tiffany breathed.

He grimaced. He never likes her, she'd always be throwing herself at him despise knowing he is married with kids. He hates whores and slut.

"I told you to stop calling me Gabe."He gritted out, getting a laugh from her.

"I will call whatever I want to. How about we do this? Meet me at the club down the street and you get to hit it. Not once but repeatedly." She smirked, her fingers trailing his jaw.

"Nah, I'd pass." He entered the elevator without waiting to hear what she was going to say next. He has been ignoring her since he'd came over to the company, but it seems like she doesn't take no as an answer.

He smiled at the secretary. "Hi, I am here to see Miss Samuel." He told him. "I want to submit a report and it is important that I see her directly." He added.

"Sure, sit her while I inform her of your request. While waiting, you can have some." He passed Gabriel a jar of jelly.

Gabriel isn't a fan of sugar but he couldn't deny he'd want to munch on some because he was nervous. It is going to be only him and his big boss alone in her office.

"You can go. Just be in the safe side." He warned, giving him a warm smile.

Gabriel only smiled back, his mind clouded with thoughts of how he'd approach her with the matter, will she even listen to him while he tells her his opinion or will she send him out when he starts talking?

His only way to find out is to try.

He met Rebecca sitting on the sitting chair situated in the room, with a glass of wine in her hand. "Have a seat." She pointed at the chair facing her.

"I was told you want to submit the report directly instead of giving it your supervisor, is that right?" She quirked a brow.

"Yes ma'am. And I also want to suggest something new to the system, if you don't mind." He wiped his palms on his jacket, she was staring at him intensely.

"Go on." She sipped from the glass.

Gabriel cleared his throat. " I was thinking why not to add an ordering button on the sites, for the customers to easily access the product of their choice. Some of them finds it hard to go the accredited stores to get them. What if those leaving abroad? The delivery service to abroad is a little bit weird, the system is messed on and it gets hard to process the orders from the accredited stores. I talked to some of them and they complained of that service." He blurted out without breathing.

Rebecca was in impressed, she'd never see someone that is so interested in his work like he did. She actually had the intention of doing what he talked to her about but she was thinking maybe one of the workers in the computer department will bring the idea.

They never did, they only care about the pay and complain of the workload given to them. Now she knows that they were never serious.

"I like the idea. You work on the project alone, I will schedule a meeting later with the share holders and see what they have to say, but you will have be there to present, preferably make samples of everything." She advised smiling.

She has a feeling in her gut that he was there to stay forever. He is creative, enthusiastic and talented. And she will make sure the board accepts his proposal. "Let me be see the samples first. I am giving you a week to get them ready, I hope it will be enough?" She questioned, moving back to her chair.

"Yes ma'am. And thank you for giving me a listening ear." He bowed leaving the office.

Joy was evident on his face, he couldn't hide it. "I guess it went well since you came out rejoicing." The secretary whose name he never cared to ask said.

"Yes, Malcom. It went really well, thank you." He read his name tag.

"Your welcome." Malcom whispered behind him.

He went back to his station and got his things ready, it was already six in the evening. And for him to get home early, he needs to leave at that time otherwise he will be the bus and have to wait till eleven in the evening for the last one or he takes the cab.

"Bye." He'd muttered to everyone he passed and they would mumbled a see you tomorrow back to him.

Within the company, he had found his second family. People that care for him, people that wants to be there for him when he needs them. And he will forever be grateful to them.

He waited for ten minutes at the bus station before the bus came. He hoped on, luckily the bus was scanty.

PQlugging in his headphones, he played his playlist back home.

A short journey to begin with.
