"We'll buy it sight unseen if necessary," Max stated confidently while staring pointedly at the older man. "I've made up my mind already after viewing your pictures of the land and seeing the aerial footage."

He turned away from us again and pulled out his phone, showing the picture of the main building. Then he turned around in his seat to show another image of the entire area with a red circle drawn on each of the buildings he'd circled in yellow. Next, he moved on to the surrounding areas of the land, circling more circles in orange and pink around the outer edges of the rectangular shape that encompassed the stone structures and a large lake that lay nearby. He finally drew arrows connecting several of these points in blue ink, indicating he planned to use his helicopter to fly over the entire area and inspect the terrain from above before deciding if he really wanted this property or not.
