Chapter 95 Not Stepping on Two Boats Simultaneously
Robert set a regular meeting at Club 20 tonight. He arrived first and ordered a drink. Later, Jem came and followed his suit. Both of them drank first while waiting for Arya and Alex.
Robert sipped his drink. “I hate to say this, but I think my chance to win the bet is zero. So, I’ll give up now. It’s useless to try to get Amira’s heart when I know for sure where she gives hers already.”
“Arya?” Jeremy asked while drinking his whiskey.
“Yeah. It’s so obvious from the start.”
Jeremy grinned. “But who knows if she will choose Alex though I doubt it.”
Robert shook his head. “No, she has already set her heart on Arya. Unless if she is stupid enough not to realize it.”
“Who knows?” Jeremy shrugged. “Women usually use their heart, but they may use their heads instead when it’s about love.”
“Yeah, it’s so ironic.”
“Where are they?” Jeremy glanced at his watch. “It’s been ten already.”
“Maybe they are on the way.”
