Barbie woke up to the Saturday morning's phone ring, disturbing Cassie. She answered without checking the caller ID, a bit annoyed.
"Yes, what is it?" Barbie replied sharply.
"Gosh, even during the day you are feisty," the caller teased.
"Well, I was up all night at the club," Barbie unintentionally revealed, still half-asleep.
"You were at a club?" Mark, the caller, responded with a hint of anger.
Barbie quickly realized her mistake and tried to cover it up. "Uhhmm, I mean... I was out all night... nothing," she stammered.
"Don't lie to me, baby girl!" Mark frowned, his tone becoming more serious.
Feeling worried about Mark's reaction, Barbie remembered that he had no right to question her whereabouts. She confidently asserted, "I don't even know why I was stammering. It's not your business wherever I choose to be; it is my business, not yours. So, don't ask me anything again."
