"Your apology means nothing to me and if you don't stop haunting me like a ghost, you'll end up as one very soon." Lycan said to her, his threat was as clear as day, his eyes travelled to me and he started walking towards me.

I could not meet his mother's eyes.

"She's denying having a hand in what happened..." Lycan said to me bitterly, turning to his mother, I could not see his expression but I could see his mother's face was white and ash, as if she was scared to her core.

"I don't remember you as someone who likes to lie mum, you're really denying the fact that you sent Gabby to drug me so we would have sex and I'd mate with her. You know I had more respect for you before you lied to me today, now there's no point in even talking to you. You have tried everything you could to destroy a relationship between a mother and a son.... You've succeeded." Lycan said to her and she turned to me instead.

She didn't say anything but her silence spoke volumes.
