A Lead

“How come I didn’t think about this?” he muttered under his breath as he watched what happened in the elevator.

She was crying when she entered and was trying to clean up her face when an older man came in. It was seen in the video how tensed and scared she looked by the way she leaned further in the wall like she wanted to blend in with it if possible.

The man had been looking at her from the time he got in and Dimitri could feel his heart race gradually as he watched her become tenser when she looked at the man and found him still looking at her.

It seems as if there was a conversation between them as he nod her head but wasn’t looking at him.

Then the man brought something out of his pocket and walked over to her. She seemed to have pushed herself further to the wall when he reached for her, she pulled away but he was able to grab her and they saw him with that thing he brought out of his pocket to be a syringe since he wanted to insert it in her.
