Chapter 6 Hospital

"Boss , old madam Smith is in the hospital" Ben said after barging into the office.

The beautiful man who was busily working stood up and asked "Ben are you sure it's not one of your dirty plans"

"No boss I promise I don't know anything about this. Cynthia just called and informed me about it ." The moment Jack heard this , he took his coat and walked out of the office heading towards his hospital, Life Hospital.

Betty was out of the club when she had a call from her best friend, Leticia. She was ready to tell her what happened but was greeted with a crying voice.

"B..betty Henry, henry, he ..."

"What is it Leticia, what's wrong with Henry"  she asked whiles panicking.

" We're in the hospital,  he's been transferred to Life Hospital. Can you hear me.. Bella Bella!!"

The moment Bella heard Henry has been transferred to Life Hospital. She knew that all is not well. What she feared about Henry's health has happened and she has to get money as soon as possible to help him get well.

Jack entered the hospital and was pushed by a short girl who was rushing to one of the hospital rooms. She was very beautiful but had tears in her eyes. Ben who was just behind Jack tried to stop the girl but Jack motioned to him to stop . Jack stared at the girl with sadness in his eyes 'this girl might be loosing someone very important to her ' he thought This feeling made him remember his grandmother who is also in the hospital. He loved his grandmother very much and will also not take it lightly if he looses her . He forgot about the girl and hurried into the elevator into his grandmother's ward.

Meanwhile, Betty was seriously crying that she didn't realize that she bumped into someone. She needed to see Henry as soon as possible.

"Betty , come, over here " Leticia who was waiting for Betty's arrival saw her and called her .

"What happened Lit, is he fine " Betty asked, while still shedding tears and entering the ward.  When they both entered, the doctor was checking up on Henry, who was unconscious.

"Doctor please how's he doing".

"Well ,I'll advise we do the surgery within three days. Your brother is really a strong boy . In other for a successful surgery without any delay. You'll need to pay all the bills . From the funds we got   , the remaining money you need to pay is $2,220,800 and I'm sorry health insurance doesn't cover"

Betty almost fell after hearing the amount of money. Where was she going to get such money? She had already spent her $4,960 on the two years rent and she didn't even half of that money on her in her account. She only had one option, to beg her adoptive parents to give her some money. She needs to hurry or else after 3 days,  Henry might be in danger.

"Betty! Betty!! Don't worry we're going to save Henry. "Leticia said trying her best comforting Betty.

"L..Lit, p.. please take care of Henry for me. I really need to get this money. *Sniff* I have to get the money" she said whiles picking  herself up to leave the hospital ward.

"No Betty, where are you going to"

"To the Rockson's" she said and run out of the hospital bumping into the same person again without noticing
