I can feel my hands getting sweaty as I felt Gabriel's presence in my back, he held up his hand to me and I take it, interlacing our fingers as I look on his eyes, "Gabe, Why are you doing this?" He gave me one of his crooked smiles and I try not to melt under his gaze.
My heart is beating fast inside my chest as I hold his hands, butterflies fluttering in my stomach. I haven't felt like this in a long while. The first time I have felt this was the time when we were inside the broom cupboard, his head resting on my chest as I comfort him out of his fear. Since I had discovered that I will win him in the end and he'll have my heart in return.
What a beautiful prank to make the both of us end up together.
