Chapter 93

"It was nice meeting you," Damian said while standing. He was ready to leave after having dinner with them. The people were warmer than he expected and he was happy to have met them.

"Likewise," Sandra replied while Marianne just nodded her head. The boy was not bad and he seemed to understand Melody well. He was independent and with his resources, he wouldn't be a burden to Melody. He also seemed to know about her past but he didn't seem bothered about it and had accepted Melody for who she was. She didn't have a reason to object to their relationship unless he proved her wrong in the future.

"Drive safely as you go," Marianne said and Damian gave her a nod.
