At six in the evening, Melody arrived at the address that Damian had sent to her earlier. It was an expensive restaurant for the wealthy and it was easily seen from its grandeur and rye presentation. Abigail wanted to go with her but Melody stopped her. "I will find you inside, you don't have to come with me."
"Okay, I will wait outside," Abigail said, raking a step away from where she stood backward towards the car.
"Abi, you don't have to stay here, I don't know how long I will be inside. Why don't you go back and have a rest? I will be fine." Melody said, only wanting to keep a friend outside waiting for her when she was not sure of how long she would take.
Abigail looked hesitant to leave and Melody had to coax her. Eventually, Abigail agreed and left the restaurant and Melody sighed in relief.
