A few days passed...

3 pm

After several days of spending time with Steffi, Bill finally took the time to meet Abbie. He missed his ex-girlfriend so much that he thought of bringing her a present, so she wouldn't always be sad. The man glanced at the flowers and chocolate cake on the seat beside him, then took them and got out of the car.

"She will love this cake," he said with a smile, then walked towards the main door of Anne's house.

Knock...knock...knock...

Bill glanced around which was very quiet, then was about to close the door again but suddenly the door was opened. He smiled when he saw that it was Abbie who opened the door.

"Hi...."

"Hi," said Abbie with an awkward smile.

"I have your favorite flowers and chocolate cake," Bill said, handing the chocolate cake and red roses to Abbie.

Abbie smiled faintly. "You shouldn't have to do this. You gave me too much."

"It's okay... It's just flowers and cake..."
