The trio just sat down on a bench under the mango tree as they awaited the lawyer.

" What will happen if we don't win this case? " Essy asked her friends worriedly.

" We will win of course! " Stacy said immediately.

" Try to be optimistic about this, Essy. " Jemmy said in a gentle voice.

" I know but I just can't help it. " Essy said barely in a whisper.

Though things were going fine for now, she can't help but think about what would happen if they lose the case.

Would she have to return to living with her parents?

Won't that be worse than hell?

She was completely sure that they won't let it all go, and will surely find ways to make her pay for what did.

Though she didn't do it intentionally.
