7. Bad Augury

The atmosphere was tense, we were all walking and each person had a face with different expressions, the fat man named James had fear etched on his face, Mr. Gosling had a face of extreme regret, the thief boy had a confused face, the old man had a serious face and the beautiful girl had a face of extreme happiness oblivious to everything that was happening.

I looked at Grandpa and I could see the fury on his face, I had never seen him so angry, an invisible pressure covered the whole room.

Scared, I looking away just to look at Mr. Gosling who had a pale face I was scared and it wasn't from the pressure of the grandfather, I was scared by the mark on my arm.

I turned to see the fat James was also looking at me his expression was of surprise and fear, what the hell is wrong with all of them because they would react like this because of the mark on my arm, unconsciously I covered my arm with my hand.

After a that everyone returned to normal the grandfather said to continue the story, I told everything that happened afterward although I lied a little to harm the stupid fat man, but the grandfather could see through my lies and I had to tell the truth, It's a shame.

"And that was what happened, although personally I think that the fat man deserves a punishment," I said when I finished recounting everything, the fat man looked at me with a pleading face, what a good feeling this is.

"Well Mr. Gosling, I think it was all a misunderstanding and this happened because the brat did not obey my words, however, Captain Gastrell his actions were too harsh"

"Yesterday we landed and I only had clothes to wear on the high seas," I replied without much thought.
