POV Julian Kingscrown:
In these four months, as Arthur's return to Xyrus approaches, I have been taking advantage of absorbing all the fencing from him with the sovereignty of Laplace, as well as showing him how to better exploit the use of enhancements with elements that Silvia taught me.
Also in a way that is not noticeable, I have been constantly helping Arthur to raise the central level of his core, but I think he already noticed that something is wrong, going to dark orange is too abnormal without making some consistent effort.
In parallel, I have been manipulating my core to make it look solid orange, but I actually just entered Dark Yellow.
From time to time I have been helping Tessia with her wind magic and her core in the same way; she is already in Light Red, but I plan to leave her there for a while, it is the same as with the beasts they must get used to before moving to higher levels.
In the same way, I have been secretly practicing, in Eden, some ideas that I had in mind, I recreated the godstep, but with wind magic compressed to an extreme level, this idea would generally destroy a human body, since it would not resist the recoil of the g force exerted on its physique, but enhancing myself, applying a fine control over the mana and my body I was able to do it without blowing my legs like Arthur, although it did hurt a little at first when I tried to know the limit of compressed air that I could use without hurting myself.
That was the technique I just used with Miss Alea, this technique would not have worked with her if she had been fully alert, because it still needs to be perfected and that my body matures completely, but I managed to surprise her in a blow that could work depending on the circumstances; especially with how arrogant the retainers, scythes and Asuras are.
After removing my sword from her neck and backing away a little she spoke.
"How did you do that?" she looked at me with wide eyes and a new interest in them.
"Now you'll take me a little more seriously, Miss Alea," I said with a smile on my face.
"Sure," as soon as she said that, several dozen vines came flying at me, they were very fast but not fast enough to not keep up with Laplace.
I began to coat my sword with Ice and in my other hand blue lightning appeared, this was the best way to control the expansion of the vines and break through the siege that she was forming.
Jumping from left to right I began to freeze her vines and break them with lightning, while keeping Laplace active to speed up my thought process, as I advanced I was more overwhelmed by the large number of vines that emerged.
Not only that Alea is trying to use this moment to camouflage and attack me from a blind spot or confuse me, unfortunately for her I activated the mana vision to determine her movement and not only feel the mana currents that her core generated.
I was preparing to move at the exact moment and hit a blow, hoping to surprise her again.
Just as she moved about five meters from her initial location and diagonally to my blind spot, I decided to use the sonic step and appear right in front of her.
Alea manages to react just in time to block my ice-coated sword, with her sword made of vines of plant magic.
We began a fierce exchange of swords where she tried to stab and cut with her sword several parts of my body, while regenerating it due to the damage caused by the ice and lightning with which my sword was imbued, but with the sovereignty of Laplace I kept under control all her attacks, normally the first to lose the combat would be me due to the difference in physical capacity.
But because of my dragon body I was able to last a few minutes of exchange of blows, at first I had the advantage because Alea did not seem too accustomed to close range combat, but little by little she began to regain ground.
And when a gap was created, she expanded her vines trying to contain me.
I jumped back with wind coated around me and began to look for options, I had about sixty percent of my mana left.
The only way to hit a mage with a highly sensory ability like Alea, was to surprise her, but how do I get it?
Do I use wind magic combined with fire? No, that seems too simple and would catch me in the act.
I use the sonic step twice, one to create an explosion that distracts her, the other to relocate near her and give her the final blow, yes, that could give me the blow I need.
After cutting several vines, I decide to create a lightning explosion, use the sonic step to appear in front of her, provoke another explosion when she is reacting to block my sword and then move to her blind spot, throwing another cut with the wind-coated sword.
Shit, the recoil on my body changing direction so abruptly twice is no joke.
That pain made me lose two seconds, where Alea managed to react creating a wall of vines, just as I hit her with the wind-coated sword.
I was left with twenty percent of my mana, but she although she had some small traces of sweat on her forehead and hair seemed totally composed, this image gave her a quite sensual impression if you ask me.
No wait, I shouldn't be thinking that, I said in my mind as I sat down in a sign of surrender and took a breath.
At that moment Miss Alea withdrew her plant magic so that Arthur, Virion and Tessia came to me right away.
"Kid, how did you keep up with Alea?" Virion said with his eyes wide open, about to pop out of his face.
"That's true, your reaction and mana use was amazing, you didn't show that when we were practicing fencing," Arthur questioned me.
"That has a cost, it's not something that can be used often, it generates fatigue on my body and you think I kept up with Miss Alea; to me she looks completely composed, as if she had taken a walk in the park," I said complaining about how unfair this world was with its power scale.
She limited the amount of magic she used against me and I didn't even manage to make her nervous.
"You shouldn't think like that, it's impressive to do what you did at your age, from your physical abilities, to your magical control, without wasting a drop of mana, it's first class," Alea said giving me a warm smile that healed my heart.
Definitely, I must protect that smile, I'm going to dismember Uto alive if he touches her I swear, at that moment several emotions stirred in me.
It took me a few seconds to compose myself, this had happened a few times since I arrived at the castle, my emotions stir and become too strong, could this be some side effect of the dragon body?, my emotions seem to amplify from one moment to another.
After that I decided to rest while watching how they kicked Arthur's ass, the guy was not completely used to his body and that prevented him from performing better.
Meanwhile, Tessia at some point took over Silvie and now she was petting her.
But Silvie seemed uncomfortable, she wanted to run to my arms, but I decided to ignore it, I didn't want to deal with Tessia's tantrums at this moment.
I was very tired, the load on my body was not low, I could recover in half a day if I didn't strain myself to do something else, but right now I couldn't stop thinking about the torrent of emotions that arose from time to time in me.
I must consult with someone to get some ideas of the possible cause, but with whom? Only Grandma Rinia and Barbatos knew about the dragon body, this did not seem to be their area of expertise, but maybe they knew something.
After eating, I went to my room, but this time I did not feel Alea watching Tessia.
How strange, I usually could feel her, I decided to take a little walk to see if I saw her but I did not see her.
"How strange," I said to myself.
"Were you looking for someone, little one?" I heard a terrifyingly charming voice that made my hair stand on end.
That voice sounded like the song of a siren that lured you into a trap, when I turned around I saw her.
A beautiful, but tall Elf, with black hair, with a look that exhibits mystery and sensuality at the same time, it was Aya Grephin.
I had never seen or felt her in the castle, so I thought she was outside on a mission or task, but I can understand why and according to her nickname of phantom when she becomes a lance, I can not feel her.
"You look like you've seen a corpse," she smiled at me, as she approached and then cuddled up in front of me, looking me straight in the eyes and tucking her hair behind her ear.

POV Aya Grephin
After several years of having seen various things as a guard of the royal family in the castle, nothing has caught my attention much.
When I saw the arrival of a human boy, who was cared for by the old Rinia, I was a little interested, since Mr. Virion seemed to favor him.
But despite his early awakening and some skills in his control, there was nothing too impressive.
He worked hard, I could not deny it, but that was all an unusual genius and nothing more.
So I did not pay much attention to him, I found his mana beasts more impressive, they were unique and seemed very intelligent, besides they were obedient to him, but none seemed to match me.
So I stopped paying attention to him, a few years later another human boy arrived, this time it was a redhead.
He had a clear talent for physical combat, but he was far from the other boy in terms of magical talent.
Still, he was impressive and I wanted to see him spar with the two boys, but I found out that the silver-haired boy had gone to train with some kind of sage and would not return for a long time.
Who was this sage many questioned, but because the old Rinia appeased, both Mr. Virion and the princess, everything was closed.
A few years later the boy returned, but his appearance was far from what it used to be.
His once silver hair, now was completely white, his skin was something that many women would envy, but above all his eyes, the penetrating and charismatic look combined with the soft features of his face, although it was not noticeable much at this time I could tell this boy will be an enemy of women in the future.
Also, his magical abilities were terrifying, how many magicians existed like that at his age, from the control of his mana flow, to his enhancement and conjuration abilities were more than outstanding, also his mana beasts I had not seen them in a long time, but I could say for sure they were minimum class B and did not seem to have reached their limit.
How interesting I thought to myself, but the boy seemed very reserved, he did not show much apart from his physical qualities and knowledge, but unfortunately I could not see him all the time, since the one in charge of protecting Virion and Tessia was not me but Alea.
When I found out that the white-haired boy had requested a combat training with Alea I was very surprised, I wanted to go see him, but my duties with King Alduin and Queen Merial did not allow me.
After I had the chance in the afternoon to talk to Alea, she told me everything that happened and my expression was simply shock.
Alea told me that although she did not fight completely with everything she had, she was taking it seriously and yet the boy almost got a hit with pure speed.
She also told me that his control and enhancement ability were very high, I could imagine it after how he seemed to control his mana signature so delicately, then she mentioned that his sword learning ability was very high, when he arrived a few months ago he was not so skilled, but now his skills, reaction time and responsiveness were at the level of a class A adventurer.
My interest grew again, I wanted to see him in person and that's why I asked Alea to do a little exchange during the night, with the permission of the king and queen, which they allowed.
After some time I saw the boy looking for someone, this boy just as Alea said seems to be able to perceive her, but not the case with me, he is still young and inexperienced.
Hiding myself completely, I got behind him and spoke "You're looking for someone, little one."
The boy startled and was pale as if he had seen a ghost, it's the face of someone who trusts too much in his abilities and was caught in the middle of his mischief.
"You look like you've seen a corpse," I said with a sweet smile, approaching him, to see his face more closely.
Well guys here I bring you a new chapter, I was thinking about how would be the best way to portray a fight, I don't know if I was too explicit or gave too many details, maybe it would be better to leave it from a third point of view I'm not sure, please give me your impressions and thank you very much for reading.
