Doubt and Blame (Part 1)

Sekers POV:

"Please take me home Seker" Hearing her soft plea, I couldn't help but to swiftly comply to her wishes.

Snapping my fingers I easily teleported us back to her apartment in New York.

"Bethel I-" Before I could finish my statement she had already made her way to the door of her bedroom.

Pausing she spoke without once turning back. "I'm a little tired, how about we continue our talk tomorrow?" if not for my inhumane Hearing I wouldn't have heard a single word she had said because of how softly and low she had spoken.

Following her words she opened the door entering her room and then shut the door behind her. But not before I heard her whisper something else along the line of "I'm sorry"

Well right now at the moment I am currently regretting my actions or would I say lack of action that day. I shouldn't have let her go so easily that day. I should have done everything in my power to make her stay so we would talk.
