Chapter 11: The Price of Vengeance

The Guardians of Harmony had returned to Eldoria, their victory over the necromancer a testament to their strength and unity. The village celebrated their heroes, but beneath the surface, a new tension began to brew. Aiden, despite the triumph, felt a lingering darkness within him—a desire for revenge that had not been fully quenched.

Lina approached him, her eyes filled with concern. "Aiden, you've been distant since we returned. What's troubling you?"

Aiden looked at her, his expression conflicted. "I know you're right, but it's hard to let go. Every time I close my eyes, I see their faces. I hear their screams. I need to find a way to make peace with it."

Aiden took a deep breath, trying to calm the storm within him. "But how? How do I let go of this anger?"

Kael and Sera exchanged a glance, their determination clear. "We'll stand by you, Aiden," Kael said. "Whatever comes next, we'll face it together."
