The walk lasted quite long. They took an occasional break, going to a cafe or stopping on a bench and sitting down. But they just walked and roamed together aimlessly.
It may have actually helped them to bring back normalcy she had been craving. Maybe Aiden had noticed it and tried to resume back to his old self. At least the way he was with her.
Lucy had joined them almost minutes before the sundown and since both of them were together, Aiden had quite reluctantly if she had to add, let them go.
That was not before getting an immensely passionate kiss.
"You could at least refrain from doing that in front of a single person. I don't have anyone to flaunt, you know."
"Didn't you just just come from flaunting?" Aiden pointed out. "Was it not fun enough?"
Lucy turned red in a beat. "Dude, shut up."
Leah chuckled, for once her friend had absolutely no comeback and had to stick with the plain old 'shut up'.
