189 Courting Her

Lily sat in the garden that felt quite familiar to her. She was swinging her legs in the air as she sat on the topmost branch on a tree.

The tree had a thick stem that could easily be used as a bed. Its branches were thick as well.

This enabled her to place a mat and create her very own little picnic in the tree.

Beneath her feet, flowed seven rivers, each representing the colors of the rainbow.

She didn't know that hell could look this exotic. She liked it. Though she hardly recalled anything, she was certain that this was her first time there.

She was alone. Arif had gone for an urgent meeting with the elders. She enjoyed the sound of the waves coming from the river.

The colors of the water as well as the fresh breeze that kept her contented. She had just finished chewing on an apple.

The girl sat back up as she rested her head on the pillow. Since she woke up, she had been sleeping quite a lot.
