Jane nodded in full interest.

"The Diamond signified Purity. If the human half had picked the diamond, she could have been merged with Purity afterwards."

Jane frowned at the realization.

"That means if she had picked the Ruby, she would have picked her demonic half." Jane added.

The owl nodded in confirmation.

"What about if she had picked the Emerald?" 

Jane questioned, not finding a logical reasoning for that curiosity.

"The Demona that sent her would have only been able to control her human half."

"Ah... I see. But why though?"

Jane asked once more.

"Why what?" Wisdom replied confused by her question.

"Why did the demon want in return for power? There must have been a reason why he did all this for power and control?"
