Seeing Pakura-sensei's refusal, Temari didn't mind either. She simply took the items in her hands and sat down in the sofa area with Coulson.
Temari placed the two puppet dolls in front of Coulson and then turned over the hourglass she held, placing it on the table.
"Let's begin, Agent Coulson."
As the sand in the hourglass began to trickle down, Coulson spoke up, "Miss Temari, I wonder if you're familiar with wandering ninjas."
Upon hearing Coulson's question, Temari's expression remained unchanged on the surface, but internally, she was taken aback for a moment.
However, she quickly thought about whether there were wandering ninjas brought to this world by Lord Charles, or if someone had used the identity of a wandering ninja to make contact with SHIELD.
Despite these thoughts, Temari didn't hesitate and directly answered Coulson's question.
"I am aware. Within the ninja community, there are indeed wandering ninjas."
"They are ninjas outside of the ninja villages, but their numbers are not large, and their strengths vary. Some of them are powerful ninjas, but others might not even be as skilled as ninja academy students."
"I wonder, Agent Coulson, why do you ask about this? Have you made contact with wandering ninjas?"
Coulson nodded and replied, "SHIELD has made contact with a wandering ninja from the Land of Fire named Kabuto. I'm not sure if Miss Temari has heard of his name."
However, Temari waved her hand dismissively and said, "Agent Coulson, you must be joking. How would I know the name of a wandering ninja? He's not exactly a renowned figure in the ninja world."
While Temari claimed not to know, she couldn't help but recall the figure of Kabuto in her mind. She didn't expect this man to be brought to this world by Lord Charles as well. It seemed that the number of members from the Sound Ninja Village was increasing...
Upon hearing Temari's response, Coulson glanced at her expression but couldn't discern anything. It was normal for her not to recognize Kabuto; in fact, it would be strange if she did.
"Miss Temari, the places where ninjas live are not on Earth, right? According to this wandering ninja, the Hidden Sand Village should be in the Land of Wind."
Upon hearing Coulson mention the Land of Wind, Temari was briefly stunned, then replied, "That's correct. The Hidden Sand Village is indeed a ninja village in the Land of Wind."
"The ninja world is on another planet, separate from Earth."
"I just didn't expect you to suddenly ask about this. I thought it would be much longer before you found out."
With Temari's confirmation, Coulson, although mentally prepared, was still amazed. He hadn't expected ninjas to really live on another planet.
Looking at Temari in front of him, Coulson remembered the questions he had prepared on the way here. He then asked, "Miss Temari, do you know if there are any differences between Earthlings and people from the ninja world? Are they all Earthlings?"
Temari shook her head and replied, "I'm not sure. I don't know about this question either, but everyone's appearances are very similar. I'm not sure if they're all Earthlings, but we are all human."
"Human?"
"Yes, we're all human."
Hearing this answer, Coulson was somewhat surprised, but he could still accept it.
At this point, one minute had passed.
After flipping the hourglass over, Temari restarted the timing.
Coulson didn't waste any time and immediately asked, "Miss Temari, what was the purpose of your arrival on Earth?"
"Purpose?" Temari pondered for a moment before responding, "I'm not sure about the village's considerations. I'm only responsible for managing this puppet shop."
"It's considered a base for the Hidden Sand Village on Earth."
"But one thing I can confirm is that we have no interest in occupying Earth whatsoever."
Coulson wasn't sure about the truth behind Temari's words, but with the current manpower of the ninja in this world, with only a dozen or so individuals, it was impossible for them to occupy Earth.
"Miss Temari, since you come from the Land of Wind, SHIELD wishes to establish diplomatic relations and trade with you."
"You've been on Earth for some time now and should have some understanding of our world."
"I wonder if there are any items that the Land of Wind needs, whether it's electronic technology, food, or other resources. We can facilitate the exchange."
"I believe that trade between our two sides can bring substantial benefits to both parties."
Coulson knew that with ninjas being supported by another planet, unlike the other extraterrestrial beings he was familiar with, who were either too far away from Earth or had become outcasts, the possibility of large-scale trade between them was unlikely.
However, Temari shook her head and said, "We don't lack these things. The only items we're interested in from Earth are your cosmic cubes, energy blocks, and vibranium-like metals."
"As for other items, there's nothing of interest to us at the moment."
Upon hearing Temari's refusal, Coulson was momentarily stunned. He hadn't expected them to show no interest in trading for everyday goods and food.
Wasn't the Land of Wind mostly a desert country? According to this logic, they should have a demand for imported food and meat. Could it be that they had already developed to the point where they no longer needed external imports?
Was it because of technological development or extraordinary powers, or perhaps the Land of Wind and the Land of Fire had already reached some kind of agreement before coming here?
However, what Coulson didn't know was that if Temari could freely travel to the Land of Wind, then his proposal would be very tempting for the Hidden Sand Village.
This temptation might even be strong enough for the Hidden Sand Village to launch a war against the country below their feet.
At least from the intelligence she had, attacking this place might be easier, but behind Temari, there was no actual support from the Hidden Sand Village and the Land of Wind.
Naturally, Coulson's proposal couldn't pique Temari's interest, nor could it lead to cooperation.
Upon hearing Temari's words, Coulson remembered the 048 items in various SHIELD bases and thought for a moment before asking, "What about some unusual items?"
"Unusual items?" Temari looked curious. She didn't expect SHIELD to have anything other than cosmic cubes.
"If it's not a cosmic cube, but items with unique abilities."
Temari showed a curious expression. SHIELD actually had items other than cosmic cubes.
"You can show them to me. If they're indeed valuable, we can make a trade."
Coulson then apologized, "I'm sorry, but I didn't bring any items with me this time. However, I'll apply to bring them next time for you to see. But I also hope that the Hidden Sand Village can have new items to trade with us."
At this point, the second minute passed again as they watched the sand run out of the hourglass, but Temari remained silent.
"Oh, Miss Temari, the Vibranium you requested will be ready by next week. Then we can trade for the enhancement serum."
Temari nodded, "Once you have the items ready, we can proceed with the trade."
