Day 3.2 - It has begun?

Whelp, I'm 40 minutes ahead of time before the City Operation of New Glynde begins.
Just want to check our chances of getting through this Operation. Though it does indeed surprise me how early everyone had begun the City Operation. It's the third-day guys!
In my previous server, my standard was once there were people touching EXPANSION 6, it was safe enough to start the City Operation. Even with that case, there was still a possibility of failure!
But anyway, I've gone off track and it's time to analyze what our current Fleets have to offer.
From what I'm seeing, there are 21 Fleets in the surrounding area, two of which are connected to the Trading Post. So we'll cut it down to 19 Fleets. And there are multiple Fleets under the same player, which cuts down the strength of the overall Fleets, which I need to count then...
CPT Hook (6), Rico (4), Dnx1337 Crew (1), 全靠白嫖 (3), New Caddia (1), LUNA (1), kadeng (1), Dylannn (1), 강이 (1).
A Fleet consists of formed SHIPS and visually changes in the battlefield based on the quantity and SHIP TYPES. The Fleets become bigger every 10 more ships. And so far, only 강이 (River), has his Fleet that exceeds 10 Ships from what I'm seeing.
…The City Operation is bound to fail. But this might also be the objective for the higherups. Rather than actually the Operation itself, it's likely to get everyone used to this sort of scenario and how to proceed.

Even seeing the situation itself, is bound to failure. I wonder, how well will [Leader] Rico and the [Officer]s will do in commanding the battlefield.
After all, we should expect to face players in the future. Whether it is in the form of competitiveness in City Operations, Territorial Conquest, or just a bloodbath of itself.

Alright, so it is a change of schedule. It should be fine for the time being then.
Though, what should I do with the title of this Chapter? I set it to 'Day 3.2 - It has begun', it's already setting out the best mood together with the previous chapter 'Day 3.1 - City Operation Announcement.'
