Grace Hall training grounds...

"No, that's not how you do it, Acer", an old man was instructing his student on how to use the sword properly but was interrupted by a servant.

"Sire, a meeting was called and you were expected to attend", the servant spoke with the old man.

The old man sighed when he heard about the summons. He sent away the servant after the message was delivered, telling him to inform the elders that he would be there.

"What happened now?" he muttered to himself. Ever since the signs of the tear appeared the realm lost whatever peace it enjoyed. He turned to his student, and said, "Acer, practice the Sword Fang technique I taught you. I'm needed elsewhere".

The student, Acer, bowed to his master and started to practice the moves.
