Torturing those poor bastards that were probably assigned to tail me, I was not actually wasting my time here. In fact, I learned a lot from the books in the library.

It just ruins or alchemy that I learned but also about the tournament that is going to happen soon. There are records of every participant in the tournament here, even the ones that couldn't cross the first round of elimination, the Battle Royale.

They collected every piece of information about these participants and were kept in the library. I mean why?

I understand that it was required for spies to record every data they came across. One day something might become useful but why is it kept here in the library of the academy?

Shouldn't it be in the personal archives of the emperor or something?

Wait, are these records collected by the academy itself?

Why?

What is the use of that?
