The Archivist smiled with satisfaction, He now had an objective

'Now, I need a plan to achieve it'

'How can I make a being think of the world as his enemy?'

His mind spun, And he very quickly found the answer

'Beings hate those who take away what they love'

The answer was simple, But it was complicated at the same time

'What do beings love?'

But The Archivist didn't dwell much on this question

'Let's just make the world take away as much as possible from the Being, Surely what he loves will be among these things'

He simply didn't want to waste time on thinking about that,

Every Being loves different things, It's not possible to get a clear answer to such a question, However, There are a few things that generally most beings love

'And anyway, Beings hate those who inflict suffering upon them,

If the world makes the Being suffer enough, He'll definitely hate it'

The next question was much more important

'The world isn't a living thing... How to make the being blame the world for his torment and agony?'

'How to make sure the Being doesn't concentrate his Wrath on a smaller target? Like a single individual or even a group?... No, Even an entire Kingdom is too small'

The Archivist wanted the changes to impact the entire world

'Ideally, I want the final result to be an Armageddon that would end this boring Era'

'Still, How do I make it not blame everything on something smaller, Or on Mythical Concepts like Luck, Fate, and Destiny?'

The Archivist scratched his beard in thought

'To make the being not blame a Mythical Concept, All the suffering has to be deliberate, And the being needs to have something in front of him to blame, All the time'

'But one thing to blame won't be enough'

Many ideas shot through The Archivist's mind, But one in particular was interesting

'What if the entire world participates in some way or another in making that Being's life miserable?'

'Surely, The Being mustn't know how many are actually working against him at first, Otherwise, he might lose hope, Suicide, Sacrifice his soul, or do other stupid things'

'He needs to start with a small enemy, Then as he progresses further in taking his revenge, He'll slowly discover the gravity of the situation'

'The reality of how entangled his situation is, And the fact that so many were involved in making him miserable should be enough to make him despise the world in its entirety'

A grin appeared on The Archivist's face again

'Slowly, The being's Loathe will be directed towards the entire world'

'And that, Is all I need'

The Archivist now had a rough plan in mind

'I just have to make as many important figures as possible participate in everything'

Whether those involved were consciously partaking in The Archivist's plan or not didn't matter to him

'It'll be even better if they participate for their own gain'

But he didn't know the exact details of the plan yet

'That'll depend on who the Being is'

The Archivist scratched his chin in thought

'Who should the Being be?'

Immediately, Countless images of countless beings flashed in front of his eyes

'Beasts have a warped perception of reality, Even though they gain intelligence after evolving, They still can't comprehend certain concepts like greed'

'Of course, They are intelligent enough to understand exactly what it means, But they still can't comprehend it, They can't understand why a creature would want to have more things than he needs, To them it just makes no sense

Beasts are just fundamentally different'

That's an entire category of beings gone

'This leaves humanoids'

The category of Humanoids included humans and many other creatures, Like Angels, Demons, Dryads, and Undead

'Humans will fit the best, Other humanoids never fight their own kin unless it's absolutely necessary,

Humans on the other hand don't mind eradicating millions of their kin if it'll benefit them in some way, even monetary gain is a good enough of an incentive to start a world war between humans'

The Archivist scratched his temple

He tried remembering any worthy human, But

'The depth of knowledge in this Era is horribly shallow'

At the end of each Era, Countless civilizations fall or get completely annihilated,

Thus, Knowledge gets lost, And the civilizations of the next Era start from scratch, Trying to discover all the old knowledge again

This cycle has been repeating since eternity

Thinking about that reminded the Archivist of a certain foolish King in the Middle Continent

'An idiot who decided to eradicate all the knowledge and progress of the previous King in an attempt to erase his name from history and start fresh'

'A human who doesn't understand the value of knowledge, Funnily enough, This is actually very common among humans'

'Insolent fools'

He quickly pushed that thought away from his mind and re-focused on his problem

'Humans are so incompetent in this Era that even after 2000 years they still didn't discover anything that would elevate or exalt their power'

Sure, There were countless strong humans (Compared to other humans)

'But the only reason they are considered strong is that the standards of being strong have fallen so low that a being that would've been considered incompetent in the past Eras is considered average or even higher in this era'

'Still, There are few humans that have exceeded the normal'

But using them wasn't possible

'Almost all of them are evolved past the Fourth Realm, And beings after the Fourth Realm have already resonated with the world'

'They've already understood exactly how the world works, Each of them has his own view and reckoning of the world,

I can't just suddenly change someone's opinion of the world after he has already resonated with it for decades'

That's why using someone in the Fifth Realm or higher isn't an option

'It'd just be a waste of time'

The Archivist's mind spun, And soon, He had some options to choose from
