"Thank you sir" Judy answered before returning to her seat just a few metres back. 

He had yet to create a workshop that would truly utilise Judy's true capabilities to its fullest so for now, she was a bit of a hindrance hence why she gave way. 

After inspecting the new design, Steve immediately began to implement it. Everything was already thought out by Judy so all he had to do was follow an already provided formula. 

For the rest of the day, Steve remained in his basement as he designed and created several tools, weapons, suits etc that he may need later on.

Within a large apartment sized space, Steve could be seen with several other people. All of them were in suits and dressed as corporate as possible. 

"That is all sir, so do you like it?" One of them asked, a female with blond hair. She was also the shortest in the group. 

"You never told me that there was no other business in the building" Steve replied 

"About that, the building is relatively new, however, we can assure you that you will enjoy using this building for your business" the other man answered, 

"I know that, I want the entire building, lease for about…". Steve said as he trailed off and turned to Judy who was standing just behind him as though he couldn't remember what he wanted to say. 

"A Year sir" Judy said 

"A year, I would like to rent the entire building for a year," Steve said as he turned back to the two real estate agents. 

"A year?" 

"I'm sorry sir, that is against our policy, you can rent the entire building but we do not collect the total payment at once, you pay what you owe and that's all, sir" The man answered as a weird tense atmosphere descended on the group. 

"I see, that's a very interesting business plan, well it doesn't matter, give it to me" Steve said 

"Okay then sir, if you can bear with us for another 30 minutes, we would like to prepare all the papers" 

"Sure go ahead, I just need it today" Steve replied as he stepped back. 

It had been a week since he came out of the red gate and just like anyone could have guessed, he was now supremely popular. There was even a whole reddit space dedicated to figuring him out. 

It was interesting but scary at the same time, also turns out Baran's Gate was an S-ranked Gate which meant that he was roughly on par with the National Level Hunters. 

The news was always on about it, even at the moment, the billboard beside the building was showing a picture of him with huge question mark on it

 "Is he Korea's second National Level Hunter?". 

This headline was everywhere, the invitations for an interview had grown so much that he feared that one day, a desperate reporter or something would break into his house. 

Anyway that would have been a true worry if the Association wasnt actively securing him.
