a middle-aged man was sitting across a table covered with books across from him sat a 5-6-year-old boy. The boy seemed sleepy and distracted while the middle-aged man rambled on.

but up until now, he was still fumbling around in the dark all he could deduce from this was that the life force energy could be developed and the development of the ability was based on a factor similar to genetics. as such the ai customized the technique found in his father's study to fit his body. he found that the technique for developing life energy was something that involved a breathing technique along with physical activity. he didn't know much but according to the document the different abilities a person has is awakened during the activation of life energy. the abilities are divided into three types. natural, elemental and celestial. out of all of these, the celestial is the most advanced here the powers awakened during the activation of life energy is what causes these classifications. but Tristan has been trying the technique for a while now yet there is still no change to be noted to him
