Surya's Death

Su Lin's master took her for a stroll, and after an hour of strolling, they finally stopped. Su Lin's master said, "Su Lin, want to test your power now?"

Su Lin replied, "Yes master, am I going to spar with you?".

Su Lin's master replied "No, but your opponent is right there." Seeing where her master pointed, a person was visible to su lin, who had won fifth place in the tournament of Spiritual Realm masters.

In this tournament the winners were:

First - Surya

Second - Asura

Third - Su lin

Fourth - Li Xin

Fifth- this guy who was on his way home.

Unexpectedly, Kallu got the sixth rank even though he lost his first match. The reason everyone thought this was that he was able to fight Su Lin almost equally despite his lower cultivation level. So the result makers gave him sixth place. However, anyone from 7th place to forward could challenge him if unsatisfied with the result. A few cultivators tried to defeat him but lost their matches against Kallu so he retained his sixth place.

"Master, am I going to spar with him? I don't even know him," said Su Lin.

"You don't have to fight that guy, you have to fight the guy who is going to kill him," Su Lin's master said.

"Who is going to kill him?" Su Lin asked but her master did not reply. So she looked at that guy. Suddenly she saw a shadow following him. She was surprised to see it was Surya who was going to kill him.

Upon seeing Surya, Su Lin's killing intent soared because she knew it was Surya who poisoned her and if not for her master's help she would probably have been crippled till now.

Upon seeing Su Lin's killing intent, her master added "One week ago I was just passing by here and found this guy silently following Asura's family, so I followed him and stopped him when he was about to capture them. I don't know what he wanted to do with them, but one thing is clear, he did not have any good intentions towards Asura's family."

After listening to her master, Su Lin's killing intent soared even higher. She was determined she wanted Surya dead and that she would definitely kill him.

On Surya's side, he was about to deliver a fatal blow to his target when someone's energy blocked his attack midway. He cursed "Who is meddling in my business again?"

When he turned his head towards the intruder, he froze. He couldn't believe the intruder was Su Lin. According to Surya, she should have been crippled, yet she blocked his attack.

Surya quickly analyzed that she must have found something to detoxify that poison. He became alert because he could feel Su Lin's killing intent toward him, so he didn't dare move rashly and let his target escape his line of sight.

After that guy got out of Surya's range, Surya asked angrily "What are you going to do?"

Su Lin answered in just two words 'Kill you'.

Their fight started, they exchanged blows but this time Surya was suppressed by Su Lin. He didn't understand how she had become so much more powerful in such a short period of time.

He didn't delay anymore and used his Battle Skill. After seeing that Surya was going to use his skill, Su Lin also used her Battle skill.

Two sounds were echoed: "Rainbow unicorn" and "Kangaroo Kick". Their Battle skills collided but again Surya was at a disadvantage. He couldn't believe his eyes how Su Lin had gotten so much stronger. Now he had to struggle just to fight her equally.

He controlled his emotions, as an assassin he could easily control his emotions. He analyzed the situation and got an idea. He would give Su Lin a surprise attack with his most powerful move so that he could kill her as quickly as possible.

So after just colliding with Su Lin's battle skill, he quickly unleashed his "Silent Killer" move. But Su Lin, as she expected his surprise attack, dodged hurriedly though still got a little injured by it.

"Damn it, curse you Asura! If not for you this attack would not have only half of its original strength," Surya cursed. Due to missing parts of his left hand, he couldn't exert the full power of his spiritual attack which made him extremely unhappy. If he could unleash his full strength the damage would be bigger than just a small injury.

While he was just cursing Asura in his mind, he heard Su Lin's voice "It's my turn now."

She said elegantly "Rainbow beam". The rainbow beam attacked Surya ruthlessly. He couldn't counterattack because he had just used his spiritual attack. There was no time left to deal with her spiritual attack with his spiritual attack so he could only do a simple defense that couldn't assure to save his life.

When Su Lin withdrew her spiritual attack, a roasted body could be seen and the life of that body was fading rapidly. After some time the life from Surya's roasted body completely vanished.

Surya, the winner of this year's tournament, died and no one would be able to know how he died.
