"Very well," King Rinon allowed magnanimously, "You're excused from this meeting, Archangel Ethrond."

Ethrond saw this coming, he bowed again before starting for the tall doors. He was curious about what plans King Rinon intended to discuss with the other Archangels but he knew the dangers of trying to eavesdrop so he didn't try.

He languidly walked down the empty hallways of the Hall of Dreams, detached from the ongoings of the Realm. If things got too dangerous, he could simply go down to the Nether Regions and stay there, that was originally his home after all.

He had a home on the Royal Mount but he hung around the Hall of Dreams. He didn't regret admitting that he wasn't taking King Rinon's side in this internal battle but he would have to find an alternative of getting his information without being branded a spy.
