Day 2 of the academy - 1

Myra noticed that I was inhaling deeply. She was trying to fall asleep while facing the wall with her eyes partially open, and shortly after, she closed them.

How do you know everything will be going well? *As I try to fall asleep on the floor with my blanket covering me, I am still staring up at the ceiling.

System: "Hmmm... I don't know how to summarize all of it in a short word. But overall, it's because I trusted you."

Hmmm... I see... So... What is my goal in this world? *My eyes started to gently close as they became suddenly fatigued.

System: "There's a lot to do though... But for now... Your goal is-"

My eyes were progressively closing, causing a gradual blurring of my vision. The system's voice is likewise gradually fading out. The voice from the system continued to progressively fade away until my eyes were completely closed.

System: "Hello? Hellooo?" *There was no answer from me.

System: "*Sigh... He is human after aallaaahhhmm..." *The god yawning.

System: "I should go sleep too..."

Yugo: "Hm? I heard something." *I begin to gently regain consciousness as I carefully open my eyes. I overheard someone taking a shower.

I then stand up and check my room. Myra was missing.

Wait... She is-

As I tried to make a guess, the shower suddenly stopped and someone opened the door to my room's bathroom. As I suspected, Myra emerged from my bathroom.

She had a towel covering her entire body, including her thigh, and another towel covering her hair. She recognizes me as she exits the restroom.

She observed me doing a pushup. I turned my body in the direction of the glass door. While I'm performing push-ups, my face is aimed at the ground.

Myra: "What are you doing?"

Yugo: "Hu-Huh? I'm doing... My routine here..."

Myra: "... Whatever... Anyways, thanks for the bathroom." *She briefly turned to face me before turning back to open the exit door. then gradually shutting it.

Myra: "Ah- Just be quick. I could smell you stinky. Bet you were not taking a bath yesterday." *She then shut the door.

Yugo: "Bwaahh..." *After ten attempts, I gave up trying to do a push-up.

Yugo: "This body is weak... Glad she was just left like that." *I try to breathe normally.

Yugo: "I should not try to think something weird."

Yugo: "Huufft..." *I stand up.

*Sniff. *Sniff. *As I sniffed my body.

Yugo: "Hueegh... She is right... I'm stinky."

Yugo: "Should take a shower quickly."

Yugo: "Ah... Right." *I unlock the phone after taking it out of my pocket.

Yugo: "07.03 a.m... I have much time." *I move to the bathroom.

I access the bathroom. A little glass room with a glass door, a shower, a toilet, and a small washing machine are all within. The door is on the left side of the room. The door was located in the right-side corner of the rectangular bathroom.

Yugo: "Ho... The bathroom seems small but the arrangement was on point." *I shut the door after entering the bathroom.

Yugo: "The toilet is separated too... Not sure why they do that. But probably to block the smell from it, I'm guessing." *I remove each of my clothing one at a time.

Yugo: "Hm..." *I am watching the washing machine.

I bring all the clothing inside and fill it with water and laundry soap. Then the clothing inside the machine began to rotate as the timer was turned to the right. As soon as I turned the shower hand to the right while still nude, it began to shower me.

Yugo: "Ho... Warm water too... Haaah... This is actually a great apartment."

I quickly finished my shower and covered my lower body with the last towel I had in the restroom. Next, leave the room while the washing machine is still running.

Yugo: "Hmmm... This one? No, it's short pants." *As I already have the closet door open and am deciding what to wear today.

Yugo: "There's not many though. Two hoodies, short pants, a suit, and long pants."

Yugo: "I should just wear this hoodie and the long pants I guess... Ah, wait a minute... I could use a pair of short pants instead."

Yugo: "I remembered the flying person was wearing a short pant that day. And the academy allows it. Yep, I'll wear this." *I remove both of them and put them on while first removing the phone and setting it down on the bed.

Then I take a second look at myself in the portrait mirror next to the bed. I was dressed in black shorts and a white long sleeve shirt. I was almost up to my knees in jeans when I stood up and looked in the mirror.

Yugo: "Yep... This is cool enough. Hm?" *The sound of the washing machine stopped as I heard it. I quickly enter here and switch to dry mode after that. The washing machine's interior water immediately drained out. The moment I turned the timer around after the water flow had stopped, it began to turn once more.

Hmmm... Ah- *Recall that I tried to enquire about the objective I was summoned to in this place, but I was too sleepy.

System, could you tell me again about my goal?

System? You here?

Is there something wrong again with the signal? Well, it does not matter. I could ask again later.

I was looking around as I was waiting. I put the blanket back in the closet after straightening up the other items on the floor. as well as cleaning up the blanket that Myra previously used.

*Sniff. *Sniff.

Yugo: "Hahhh... Not bad." *As I tidy up the blanket.

Once more, the washing machine stopped. I swiftly walk there, remove the garments, and move them near the glass door next to my bed.

I opened the door by sliding it from left to right, emerging onto a small patio with a fence enclosing it. On the left and right sides of the apartment, there is a partition wall that blocks the view of the other apartment room. Then I hang the clothing on the large pipe-mounted hanger.

Yugo: "Nice... It should be quickly dried sooner."

"Hachiii..."

At that moment, a sneeze came from the right side of my chamber. The sound was a girl sneezing. But a partition wall blocking my vision prevents me from seeing who she is.

Hm? A girl's voice? So there's someone living in here too.

Oh yea... Surely it is, this is an apartment after all... *I take my phone from the bed and look at the time as I make my way to the door leading outside. The time is already 07.35 a.m.

Yugo: "It's almost time too."

Maybe I should say hello to the neighbor later. So I could know each other- *With my thumb and index finger, I used the door to be unlocked and open.

"Eh?.. Aaa- Euughh..." *Ayla dropped on the floor in my room abruptly. She put her left ear on the door in an attempt to hear the noise coming from my room. Aria was acting in a similar manner. But unlike Ayla, she did not collapse. Instead, she simply froze her face in my direction.

Yugo: "What are you guys doing here?"

Ayla: "Uuggh..." *She slowly stood up, holding her head, which appeared to be hurt.

Aria: "No-Nothing... Really... We just want to check if you were ready."

Myra: "Let's go-"

*Brak! *Someone from my neighbor's family suddenly flung open the door violently as Myra came walking toward us from her chamber. She was immediately struck in the face by the door.

"Ah sorry." *A woman's voice was heard.

Myra: "Awww... That's hurt." *Holding her nose, she says. and turned to face her.

"I did not mean to... It's just the lock is broken, and I just kick it."

She was dressed in a black long-sleeved dress that exposed her upper arm. Her thigh was where the short dress ended. She's dressed in a saffron-colored jacket. Only her hand is covered by it. She wears black mole shoes. On her neck, she has a black collar. She had long fuschia pink hair in a ponytail. Her eyes were sky blue on the bottom and indigo blue on top.

Myra: "You are?"

"Ah- Nice to meet you. I'm Akaze Emifuyu. I just move in here yesterday."

Moving here yesterday? Ah, probably she was moving while we were still in the middle district.

Myra: "You were a student in the academy too?"

"Yea... I moved here since it's close to the academy and it cost less money to spend to travel between them."

Myra: "Fuyu... That's should we call you, right? Nice to meet you-"

*Bepbepbepbep. *Bepbepbepbep. *There is an abrupt alarm beeping sound. That came from her. She takes the phone and silences the alarm.

Fuyu: "Sorry... I have a promise to my friend in there. I should get going quickly." *She appears rushed. She shut the door to her room before rushing down the stairs.

Fuyu: "*Hachii..." *Suddenly, she stopped sneezing. then start running once more.

Fuyu: "See you later, three of you...."
