Chapter 14: Confusing situations? Or is it just the plot moving forward?

If every person in this world had to be defined by one word, then the word that would define Kirisu Mafuyu would be logic, in her opinion logic was always the right path to follow, feelings were fleeting, emotions were ephemeral, only the logical decisions were those that brought the most optimal results in the long term.

But then, why? Why did she feel so uncomfortable with the idea of one of her students making the most "logical" decision?

From the day she spoke to Ryuichi about his future, she investigated further about him and his background, both in the educational and private spheres.

Ryuichi's grades were never anything particularly remarkable, always with passing results, but nothing remarkable, that is until he finally carefully read all the reports and watched the videos of his gymnastics competitions, and somehow, upon seeing him move, performing routines that for ordinary people they would be impossible with an excited smile on his face, it reminded her of her when she was younger.

Young artists, enchanted by their striking talents, but in the end, they did not have a guaranteed future, only that unlike her, it seemed that her student could see that what awaited her if she continued down this path would not be something good or satisfactory, so he ended up putting it aside, accepting his limitations and offering to nurture true talents.

Kaname Touji was the name of her student's younger brother, and as far as she had seen, a boy with an intelligence well above average, so far his grades in mathematics and science had been nothing more than perfect while his performance In the rest of the subjects was close enough to be so that all his teachers stated without fear of error that he could excel in any field he chose to pursue and be a significant figure.

That's why Ryuichi's decision was the right one, right? It was a matter of logic, allowing geniuses to develop their potential to the fullest, even if this brought some misfortune to others.

But even if this suited Kirisu's beliefs, she was unable to get rid of the bitter taste and annoyance that she felt every time she saw her student.

Her sense of responsibility as a teacher prompted her to find a way in which she could support Ryuichi, but even after thinking about it for several days she didn't know what to do, so, in the end, she decided to seek help from one of the only people she could trust in a situation like this, her college kouhai, Yuzuki Kiryu.

With that decision made, she raised her head from the notes she was reviewing and looked around the staff room for her coworker, but she couldn't see her anywhere, which was a little strange, since classes would start in a few minutes and she was sure that Kiryu had classes with the second year students.

"Irresponsible, every person, and even more so a teacher, must attend their workplace at least 10 minutes before the indicated time". She said in a reproachful tone, it was just then that the door opened, and a slightly agitated Kiryu walked in while she muttered things about managing to get there in time.

"Kiryu-sensei". Kirisu's voice echoed from behind the younger teacher shortly after she sat down in her seat, earning a start from the orange-haired teacher.

"S-senpai, good morning". Knowing the owner of the voice, Kiryu slowly turned around with a somewhat nervous expression.

"Unpunctuality is not a trait that a teacher should have, we must teach our students by example". The pink-haired teacher said with a reproachful tone.

"B-but senpai, the bell hasn't rung yet"

"Irrelevant, there are only a couple of minutes left until the start of classes, and teachers must be at the door of our classrooms when the bell rings". She said, managing to make Kiryu flinch a little, making Kirisu snort.

"I'll let it go because it's the first time it's happened, but I'd like to talk to you once classes are over"

"Ah". Kiryu found herself really surprised, after all, from her memories of the time she went to university she believed that her senpai would scold her a little more, although the conversation she asked her to have could very well be the continuation of this talk about the responsibility. "And what is the conversation about?" She asked with a little hope that she wouldn't be in for any more scolding.

Kirisu turned around, taking her things from the desk, ready to walk in the direction of where her first class would be, but before walking away, she answered. "It's about Kaname-kun". Was all she said, walking away from her.

However, if she had stayed or turned around one more time, she would have seen the startle Kiryu gave when she mentioned her student.

'S-she didn't find out anything, right? There's no way she knew about anything that happened, right?' She asked herself in her mind before looking at the bag on the floor next to her and opening it a little, discovering a white plastic bag where Ryuichi's sports suit was still damp from her failed attempt to wash it late this morning.

The memory of the lewd things she did during the night while she was wearing those clothes of hers made her blush furiously.

'I'd better go wash my face, I can't go in to teach classes like that'. She said to herself, closing her bag and getting up to go to the bathroom before the bell rang.

######

As I walked towards the school exit, I reviewed some notes on world history, after all, with the "situations" that occurred yesterday with Kiryu-sensei, every time I tried to concentrate on my studies or meditation my mind wandered, taking me to imagine various "funny scenarios", so I didn't have an effective study session, and even more so, counting the time I would have to subtract due to my work and training sessions, I would have to work a little harder on my studies if I wanted to get a passing grade.

"Senpai!"

And just before crossing the entrance, the voice of my kouhai... favorite, I guess? Called me, so I turned just in time to catch her when she lunged at me, hugging me.

I tried my best to keep my face blank while deliberately ignoring the stares of the other students, I wasn't really popular, just one more in the crowd that would go unnoticed, but for some time now I started hearing rumors about a certain lolicon of third year, and seeing how everyone whispered when they saw me I assumed I was the guy from the rumors.

And while it was a little annoying to be known as "that guy", the opinions of people I didn't directly relate to had no real importance to me, so I huffed a little before ignoring them.

"What's wrong Mikazuki?" I asked after she let me go.

"I wanted to ask you a couple of things, senpai". She said with an innocent tone before smiling a little mischievously. "The half-washed set of clothes my sister brought to school was yours, right?"

I felt like someone had thrown a bucket of cold water on me, Kiryu-sensei couldn't have told her of all people, right? She wouldn't give that kind of ammunition to someone like Mikazuki, right?

Masking my nerves and keeping as calm as I could, I responded. "Yes, some things happened, and in the end, I had to ask him to do it, but how did you know it was mine?" I finished saying and diverted the topic a little to a valid question.

"Oh, that's simple, I saw you training while I was walking with my friends". She said, showing me a photo of me on her phone, there I could see myself running while wearing that same uniform. "And to make sure it wasn't just a one-time thing I passed by that place at the same time a couple more times, and I always found you there". She explained moving on to two other photos, one where I was doing push-ups and another where I was doing sit-ups.

"Why didn't you tell me that you followed my advice and started training? Was it to surprise me? Senpai, you are a dog!" She said placing one of her hands on her cheek smiling as she blushed at the same time she used the other to lightly punch me in the stomach.

"Hm?" Her expression changed to a confused one as she stood frozen with her fist still touching me.

"Are?" She tilted her head with an even more confused expression before her fist unclenched, and her palm began to grope me.

"Arere?!" This time she looked genuinely surprised, and her hands moved at deceptively fast speeds trying to open my shirt.

"H-hey, what's wrong with you? Stop!" I managed to say, taking her wrists to prevent the little pervert from being able to undress me.

"Senpai! H-how is it possible? Did you get the legendary six-pack again like in middle school?!" More than a question, what she said was a statement.

"L-lower your voice, besides, I never had that, I was too young, and I always specialized more in balance and flexibility". I said quietly, although she should know that by now.

"But, if you are trying at these levels, will you do gymnastics again?" She asked excitedly, to which I denied.

"No, it's simply something I decided to do because I found a very good training routine, it helps me clear my head and have a little more self-confidence"

"Hehehe, and just to be sure, tell me, has my sister seen you yet? You didn't tell me how she ended up with your clothes, and the embarrassed look you both had when she gave them back to you tells me something funny happened between you". She smiled even wider as she poked my side with one of her fingers.

"Kiryu-san, Kaname-kun". A feminine voice sounded behind my kouhai, and honestly, I had never felt so much gratitude towards someone as I did with Kirisu-sensei giving me a possible escape route from the hurricane Mikazuki.

With the strictest teacher behind her, Mikazuki finally calmed down and turned as she moved to stand next to me before greeting her with a smile. "Kirisu-sensei"

"Inappropriate, what were you two doing a few seconds ago?" Kirisu-sensei used a threatening gaze, and it was very effective!

Mikazuki almost took a step back as a small bead of sweat fell down her cheek. "Ah, I was just talking to Ryu-senpai because I was worried about him, so I brought him this". She quickly excused herself as she reached into her school bag, pulling out a box wrapped in a blue kerchief.

"Here, someone who trains as hard as you must eat well". She said giving me a wink, pushing the object into my hands before taking my arm and pulling it, bringing her mouth to my ear and whispering.

"And don't worry, although it crossed my mind, I didn't put any of my love nectar in it". She finished saying, walking away as she waved her hand.

"Goodbye sensei, and senpai, keep working hard so that when the time comes we can have hours and hours of fun". With a final wink, she crossed the exit and turned right.

"What did she mean with that last sentence Kaname-kun?" Kirisu-sensei's serious voice made me feel a little anxious.

"I... I would honestly like to say that I don't know"

######

"Brother, today you are going to-". My voice was cut off when I saw my big brother come home with a different girl than yesterday, my eyes widened a little when I saw her, well-combed pink hair, green eyes with a touch of blue, and was wearing an outfit similar to the one yesterday's teacher had and competed with her in terms of attractiveness.

I smiled a little before saying hello. "Good morning, my name is Kaname Touji". I introduced myself while giving a slight bow, receiving a formal greeting from the woman in response.

Hearing my brother sigh in relief was a little funny because he probably expected me to make a prank like yesterday, although I doubted that a prank like that would be effective with this particular teacher.

But even so, I was a little happy that spring had finally arrived in my brother's life, I guessed that's what it was like to live in an ecchi anime world where the power of boobs empowered people, although both this teacher and the yesterday were not native to this world.

"Touji, this is Kirisu-sensei, she came here today to tutor me in world history". My brother introduced the woman I already knew before I was even "born", and with a nod from me they continued on their way to his room.

What? What did I mean when I said I already knew my brother's teachers? Well, it turns out that I have a little secret, I am a reincarnation, yes, a person who experienced rebirth in another world after dying in his previous world.

I don't really remember much about my old life, I'm not very sure, but I think I died shortly before I turned 17, I think, I really liked anime and manga, and I am currently living in the world of DXD, although the girls I saw both yesterday and today make me think that there are probably more characters from other series.

Kiryu Yuzuki, an otaku and perverted teacher from the anime and manga Kissxsis, and Kirisu Mafuyu, formerly a professional figure skater, now turned teacher with some problems teaching her students from the anime and manga Bokubenkyou.

And if I had to guess, I would say that their younger sisters, Kiryu Mikazuki and Kirisu Miharu, also exist in this world.

If I was completely honest I was always afraid, from the moment I recognized the world in which I lived, and even more so, the city in which my brother and I resided, I had the impulse to beg him to find another city where we could live, because the supernatural problems in this city they would only arrive one after another.

But after thinking about it I realized that the idea of moving would be something impossible, after all, we didn't have enough money to do it.

But little by little, as time passed, I relaxed more and more because until now we had managed not to intervene and change the canon in any way.

My brother did not go to Kuoh Academy, and as far as I knew, neither he nor I were the bearers of any sacred gear or special powers, so if we continued like this for a little longer we would go under Rias Gremory and Sona Sitri's radar, living happy and normal lives.

Because as soon as I realized that I had no real means to defend myself, that became my goal, for both my brother and I to live a quiet life without having to risk our lives because a pretty girl or one with big tits asked for it.

That was the reason why I decided to excel in studies as best as I could, I would study for a good degree, get a good job, and get our asses as far away from Japan, from the dragon boy, and his cheerleading squad as possible even if by the time I could work the "story" was already over.

I was determined to do it, and the fact that my brother was willing to take all the jobs necessary to help me go to a good foreign university was what made me wholeheartedly accept this clueless guy as my real brother.

Although the fact that he seemed to meddle with his teachers was somewhat curious, I never imagined that he was a fan of the teacher-student genre.

But since they were normal humans like us, and based on a conversation I had with him where there was no mention of any boy having twin sisters with incestuous tendencies or genius girls with learning disabilities, I could speculate that Suminoe Keita and Nariyuki Yuiga did not exist in this world, so I found myself quite supportive of my brother with either of his teacher.

Although I was sure that if one of these days I saw Nagatoro, Uzaki, Kitagawa, Komi or, the dead big G forbid it, the Nakano quintuplets, at our door, I would lose it.

But thinking about it, none of them were teachers, so if my brother really only targets his teachers, the chances of that happening were low.

On the other hand, if this pattern of school romantic comedy continued, maybe I should prepare myself in case Hiratsuka Shizuka or Shizuka Marikawa visited us at some point.

The only thing I prayed to Michael, Gabriel, or whoever of the glorified canaries who lived above the clouds who was in charge of hearing the prayers was that Ryuichi not cross Rossweise.

Because if my careless brother really had a fetish because of the teachers, and this world followed the silly clichés, I could perfectly imagine him asking her to marry him the moment they met.

The hours passed while I also studied, or rather advanced studies for the next few years until finally the door to my brother's room opened, and both he and the teacher came out.

And I was sure that, unlike yesterday, this time there was no cliché ecchi event, so I closed my book and decided to give my brother a hand.

"Brother, what will we eat?" I asked, and he seemed a little conflicted, most likely because he was planning to accompany his teacher to her house, but I wanted to see some drama, so I turned my gaze to the older woman before asking.

"Will Sensei join us for lunch?"

My question seemed to take her by surprise, but she still composed herself fairly quickly and responded.

"Unseemly, doing something like that would be out of line, Kaname-kun, stay so you can make dinner for you and your brother, I-Grrrr". And interrupting her tirade, a classic stomach growl gave away how hungry she was, while the atomic blush that painted her face showed us how embarrassed she felt.

"Sensei, stay to eat, it will be my gratitude for the tutoring you gave me, thanks to you I am sure that I will have a very good grade on the exam, plus you will have to wait until you finish cooking your dinner after you get home". My brother played his part trying to convince his teacher, although I was pretty sure that all she would eat if she returned to her house now would be a cup of instant ramen.

Still looking quite embarrassed, my brother's teacher finally agreed to stay for dinner.

######

"What should I prepare?" I wondered as I opened the refrigerator and looked at the ingredients. "Any suggestions, sensei?" I asked, turning and looking at my teacher, who had currently taken off her blazer, put on an apron, and combed her hair into a ponytail.

'Hehe, another cliché, although just like yesterday, I'm not complaining, this is what it would be like to have a wife?' I thought, smiling a little foolishly.

"Something simple and nutritious is the clear answer". She responded immediately as she washed her hands.

"Mashed potatoes with meatballs and rice". My younger brother suggested, and although it wasn't exactly a simple dish, it sounded pretty good to me.

"I haven't prepared it for a couple of weeks, right? You really like the recipe you found online". I responded by grabbing all the materials and taking them to the kitchen.

"That doesn't seem like a simple dish". Kirisu-sensei said with a doubtful tone looking at the potatoes and meat.

"Don't worry, I've prepared this quite a few times, with you helping me it shouldn't take us too long". I assured her, finishing placing everything necessary on the kitchen table. "I will wash the potatoes, please pour a cup of milk into a container, then leave 2 slices of bread there and then…"

If I said that the preparations continued without any problem, then I would be lying, cuts on her fingers when she peeled the potatoes, breaking the eggs when she hit them to open them, confusing salt with sugar, and not stopping crying when she chopped the onions were just some of the "inconveniences" that my teacher suffered.

And my brother's background laughter didn't help much if he was honest.

In the end, I had to ask her to simply hand me the ingredients when I needed them, and to be the person to taste a little of the food before serving it so that she could give some opinion, such as if salt was needed or something similar.

With everything that happened, it ended up taking almost twice as long as it normally took me to prepare everything, but in the end, the three of us sat at the table with the food served, with an embarrassed Kirisu-sensei, a Touji who laughed from time to time, and me, who tries to calm my teacher's hurt pride a little.

"What a mistake, my image as a teacher will not recover from this". My teacher said with a dejected aura before scooping a spoonful of mashed potatoes into her mouth and muttering that it was delicious.

"If Kirisu-sensei can't cook then who does it in-urk!" I interrupted my little brother's tirade with a light karate chop so that my teacher's already damaged pride wouldn't take another mortal blow.

"What my brother is trying to say is that he's a little worried that you're not eating well, right Touji?" I changed what my brother wanted to say a little, smiling forcedly as he looked at him, daring him to contradict me.

"Inconsequential, the convenience store bentos and the occasional restaurant order are more than enough to keep me going". She responded as if it were obvious.

"But sensei, weren't you the one who said that taking care of our health is something very important?" Even though I didn't want to bother her too much, I decided to be a little naughty and return what she had told me recently, which worked because she was startled and looked at me a little embarrassed without knowing what to answer.

"You are more vengeful than I thought"

"Hahaha, don't take it so seriously, I'm just trying to relax the atmosphere". I assured her, deciding to stop the jokes for now.

That seemed to calm her down a bit, and after a moment, she asked. "It seems like you have a lot of experience in the kitchen, have you been taking care of all the household chores all this time?"

"Well, not always, at first I was horrible at it, but practice and some help from my neighbor made me decent at housework"

"My brother is a very good househusband, if he got a wife, he would surely be the one who would do the housework and receive her when she arrived, don't you want to marry my brother sensei? If you-"

"Alright, enough with the teasing brat". I interrupted my brother from doing the same thing he once tried while we were eating with Karasuma-san. "I'll worry about things like marriage after you finish your studies in a few years, besides, being a halfway good househusband isn't a good enough quality to go around showing off"

"Unseemly, something like a relationship between teacher and student is completely unacceptable". Kirisu-sensei supplemented my words with the most logical argument she could give.

"So it's because he's a student? My brother is in his third year, if you two married after his graduation there would be no pro-auch!" Once again, a karate chop silenced the boisterous midget because I was sure that if he kept with his jokes, then he was going to get me in trouble with my teacher.

It was fortunate that after that, there were no more incidents, so after asking Touji to wash the dishes, I changed into my sports clothes and left with Kirisu-sensei.

"Your brother is… quite peculiar, now I understand how you can deal with Kiryu-san". She commented as we walked.

"Haha, you're not the first to tell me this, Mikazuki is just a little intense, but she doesn't have any bad intentions, and about Touji, I understand that he's worried about me, but since last Christmas he has seemed to be quite determined to pair me up with someone". I complained.

"Perhaps he is missing a mother figure?" Kirisu-sensei speculated.

"You believe? Well, that would explain why 3 of the 3 women to whom he offered me are adults". I reflected, and everything was silent for a few seconds until she asked.

"Who else did he suggest marrying you?" She asked with a slightly embarrassed tone.

"What?" I made a sound of confusion.

"If your brother is really looking for an adult female figure to be present in his life, not having one could delay or hinder his development in school, so analyzing who he suggested could give a clue as to whether or not this is the case". She reasoned, although the fact that she spoke at such a high speed served to strengthen the idea that she was embarrassed.

"Ah, um, ok… the first one was our neighbor, Karasuma-san". And upon hearing my words my teacher's eyes widened a little.

"Karasuma-senpai?!"

"Oh, do you know her?"

"She was my senpai in college"

"Oh, wait a minute, was she the one who told you that I was worried about my future?" I asked, not expecting that a couple of gestures at that moment would have triggered what had happened to Kirisu-sensei and, by extension, Kiryu-sensei.

"The weekend before we talked, she called me, she asked if I was your teacher, and after confirming it, she told me about your situation"

"I see, but, anyway, she was the first woman my brother offered me to, I still remember that he told her that if she and I got married, the 4 of us could live in one apartment, and he could help Karasuma-san son study every day". I explained, and when I turned my head to look at my teacher I noticed that her dazed expression was quite funny.

"…"

"Yes, I also had that expression when he said it, although in retrospect, if what he is looking for is some kind of mother figure, then it is obvious why he chose Karasuma-san, she already has a son"

"That... I suppose, makes sense, although it is still quite… peculiar"

"Yes, the second woman was yesterday, Kiryu-sensei"

"What?"

"Yes, Mikazuki went with some gossip that made her a little worried about my mood, and she came to my house to have a conversation, but the first thing my brother did when he opened the door was ask her if she was his new big sister, and then he tried to joke with her about it, it was lucky that he had to meet Karasuma-san son, compared to those two occasions I think he was a little more "softer" with you". I finished saying as I accentuated the quotes.

"I… I see, but with all this, it seems like he certainly wants to have something like a mother or an older sister". She coughed a little into her hand, but I noticed that it was mainly to cover the fact that she was now a little more embarrassed than before.

For my part, I could only sigh, running a hand through my hair before speaking. "Personally I have no idea how to deal with a problem like this, I'm not even sure if I have the time to be in a relationship or if it would be healthy to have one just to help him, what do you say sensei, can you give me a hand?"

"W-what?" She seemed surprised and even more embarrassed, so I hurried to clarify what I said to avoid misunderstandings.

"I meant if you could give me a hand in the form of some idea or advice"

"Oh… I don't really know what to suggest, I never faced any problem like this"

"I see". I responded a little disappointed.

As we approached my teacher's house I noticed that she lived quite close to Kiryu-sensei, a little more than half a dozen blocks if I was calculating correctly, although several buildings in this area rented single rooms, so most likely it would be because of that.

"Well, here we are". I said when we reached the entrance to her building.

"So it seems, thank you for accompanying me Kaname-kun"

"Nah, don't worry, with all the time you helped me study I couldn't do my exercise routine, so I'll do it now so I can take a bath when I get back and sleep peacefully, by the way, have this". I explained before handing her a blue container that contained enough food for one person.

"This is?"

"It's a portion of the food I made today, I didn't measure the amount correctly, and we ended up with a little extra, you can have it, it's not very healthy to always eat food from convenience stores, and even if you plan to order food from a restaurant, with this you could save that money". I told her, handing her the container and turning around to prevent her from refusing, although after taking the first step, I had an idea to annoy her a little.

"See you Kirisu-sensei, and if you know of any nice older girl who wants to marry me be sure to introduce her to me sometime"

As I walked away, the sight of a blushing, embarrassed, shocked, and slightly angry Kirisu-sensei overlaid the normally stoic one she gave at school made me smile sincerely.

X-X-X-X

I have to be honest with all of you, this chapter and the previous one were the easiest and most fun to write so far, not for anything in particular, I think it was simply because it reminded me a little of the first anime series I saw, things like To LoveRu, the first chapters of Katekyo Hitman Reborn, or the chapters between arcs that Fairy Tail had, like the one where Juvia buys a potion to make Gray fall in love with her but it goes wrong and drives everyone in the guild crazy.

I would also like to differentiate the type of "relationship" that exists between Ryuichi and each of his teachers, since, although he has a small crush on both of them, with Yuzuki I wanted to highlight the most illogical and "ecchi" side if you want to call it something, while with Mafuyu will be as normal and "romcom" as possible, I also do this as a reference to the series of which each of them is a part.

That being said, we'll only have one more quiet chapter before things start to get serious, and since I finished this chapter a little earlier than I planned, I'm now writing the next one, I'm already at just over 1500 words, so if we have any luck I'll be able to post the next one on Wednesday.

Remember that if you like this story, you can leave a comment, review, or a power stone, that will inspire me to write more, see you in the next chapter.
