Author's POV....

Scarlett couldn't believe her ears when Jamie mentioned the Dark moon pack, she looked at Alpha Axel and they both understood immediately.

"I sincerely don't know the reason why they were kidnapped or does that bastard have something up his sleeves?" She was referring to Alpha Bryton and I gulped.

Alpha Bryton wanted to kidnap Jamie so he could threaten Alpha Axel to hand me over to him. I was still the cause after all.

"Don't worry Jamie, I will handle everything, you have nothing to worry about. Just relax and have enough rest, are you still feeling pain anywhere?" He asked concernedly and she shook her head negatively.

"Obviously not, the stab wound would heal within a day or two, you know I have a fast healing process." Jamie winked and Alpha Axel smiled.

"I know you're a strong girl, make sure you don't get hurt again huh?" Alpha Axel patted her head slowly like a puppy and she chuckled.
