20. Dean Questions!
They both kept hugging each other until Athena realised it was for too long, and released him. Dean too realised that and released her.
He smiled at her and patted her head again.
"Don't worry... Everything will be alright soon!" Dean consoled her and Athena nodded her head in yes.
"Sleep well…!" Dean said and Athena again nodded her head with a brief smile.
'You too... Goodnight!' Raksha replied and Dean nodded his head.
Athena was about to walk inside her room when Dean realised something and called her name.
"Athena..."
Athena stopped in mid way and turned towards him.
Athena frowned at him as Dean looked at her.
'What happened?' Raksha asked.
"Umm... Can I ask you something, if you don't mind?" Dean asked and Athena nodded her head in yes.
"Umm... I remember, I heard that, You have said something about... Revenge!" Dean said, making Athena sigh.
"I am sure, I heard that!"
Athena tried to avoid his question and looked away from him.
"You said that, right?" Dean again asked.
'I did.' Raksha answered, making Dean raise his eyebrows at her.
"What do you know about revenge?" Dean asked curiously.
Athena got irritated, she didn't know what to answer exactly.
"Are you sure that you want to take revenge? When you yourself are just 10 years old?" Dean asked, making Athena take a deep breath.
"Athena... I am asking you about something!" Dean asked sternly, making Athena look at him.
'I might not have any idea about revenge! But, I can still plan one. As I grow up! Can I?' Raksha asked Dean.
"You will plan one? On whom and why?" Dean asked.
'I don't know on whom! That is what, I should find out soon.' Raksha answered reluctantly.
"But why?" Dean asked, making Athena look at him again.
'You really want to know what happened?' Raksha asked and took a deep breath.
"Yes!" Dean answered.
'Alright. Listen.' Raksha started telling the whole story about what happened to them!
'We were living happily! But, suddenly one day My Dad started yelling that someone was there! And we need to escape soon. My mom was telling him that we are escaping for months…! But, they are still behind us. I don't know who is behind us... But my parents do know!'
Raksha said, making Dean look at her in shock.
'She was Vulnerable…! When our Dad took the promise from her that she will look after her children well. He left us in her hands and went to fight with them. I tried to convince him that I will go with him..!. But, he didn't listen to me and wanted me to be with mom and Rachel!' Raksha replied in a sad tone.
"So, you don't live in the palace?" Dean asked and Athena shook her head in no.
'No. We don't. We just live in a small house. We were only 4. Neither of us have ever visited any Palace before!' Raksha answered, making Dean frown.
"Are you sure?" Dean asked and Athena nodded her head in yes.
'Yes, so far... I remember, we have never visited one.' Raksha answered, making Dean breathe deeply.
'Why are you asking this? And, why did you call us Your majesty?' Raksha asked curiously. Dean tried to look the other way.
"Umm... It was... Just... I felt like seeing you guys... So, I had called like that…!But it's nothing." Dean Answered, making Athena frown at him.
'Are you sure?' Raksha asked.
"Yes. Yes... I am... It was nothing. I just call that simply..." Dean answered.
Athena stared at him.
'But...' Raksha said, making Dean look at her.
"But, what?" Dean asked.
'Your reactions in the tree house were something different!' Raksha answered. Dean sighed and scratched his head.
"I am sure... You are thinking a lot... Just go to bed now... We might have a long day tomorrow!" Dean said, trying to escape from her questions.
'But..!' Raksha again tried to talk.
"No more ifs and buts... Just go to bed. Now!" Dean said, making Athena sigh.
'Fine.' Raksha replied and Dean nodded his head.
Athena walked inside the bedroom and closed the door before Dean nodded his head at her.
As soon as Athena closed the door, Dean sighed and started walking towards his room. But the only thing that is messing up his mind right now was...
'Then who are Athena and Rachel?'
'If they are Royals... Why do they have to live like this? What happened to them? What is going on with them?'
All these questions messed up Dean's mind. He took a deep breath and nodded at himself. He decided to know about these things and find out the mystery behind these as soon as possible!
