Zariah shook her head slightly, laughing awkwardly as deep concern blossomed in her heart, as much as she loathed it.

Zariah reminded herself that she had no reasons to be worried.

It could not have been possible that Caedmon had harmed Askel, they were in it together... whatever this was.

And if by any chance, they were not accomplices, then there was still the fact that Askel was far stronger than Caedmon could ever hope to be.

Ten Caedmons piled over each other would still fall short of Askel's strength, there was a reason he was Alpha King and Ethereal King.

There was no way Caedmon could have harmed Askel in this time, Caedmon was not that capable.
