Chapter 24:The choosing ceremony

 I lay on the bed cradled in my mate's secure and warm embrace.

 I felt happy and now I am happier I wish we stay here forever like this just him and I.

 He still does not know my secret and a part of me would like to keep it that way for now I am scared he will detest me for the troubles I carry on my shoulder.

 Before my parents left they warned me not to tell anyone what I am and I plan on keeping it so for a long time.

 ''Baby''Alexander calls out his voice deep and husky probably from us tossing and turning all night.

 I giggle at the thoughts of last night he sure did reassure himself and now a dull ache was present in my body.

 ''Baby''Alexander calls out again and I realise I did not answer to his first call.I raise my head from his chest and look into his beautiful blue eyes.

 ''Hmm''I answer my hands finding theirselves trailing up his chest to his beautiful black hair.

 ''The choosing ceremony is happening this evening''He says and I look at him confused before my eyes widen and I sit of on the bed.

 ''What''I ask him surprised.

 The choosing ceremony is the day he finally chooses his queen because he has not met his mate but since I am already here and though I came late it doesn't matter.

 ''Calm down darling''Alexander says pulling me back towards his body and I allow him to.

 ''How can I calm down Alex''I ask him glaring at him.

 ''Unless I am not going to be chosen''I ask him and he rolls his beautiful blue eyes.

 ''Oww''I scream when he suddenly smacks my ass and I look up at him annoyed.

 ''You know you are my quuen no questions asked''he tells me and I smile at his words.

 ''How and what am I going to do Alex I-"I start rambling sudden nervousness attacking me from everywhere.i don't want to fuck this up and ruin the ceremony.

 ''You don't have to do anything baby you are the queen,just wear white''He says cutting me off while placing his hands on my lips to shut me off.

 we lay there talking about the ceremony and he tells me his mother was coming today and that she did not stay in the kingdom after the disappearance of his father.

 Her mother and sister left the kingdom to the human world.

 We talk some more and he tells me he has business to do leaving his card there for me to buy what I would need with the girls.

 We makeout and when he almost gets distracted I push out a whiney and pouting Alex.

 ''Hey bitch''Ana yells running into the house and I smile.

 ''Hey beast''I mock and she throws her head back while mira enters the place a smile on her lips.

 ''You forgot your girls and have been getting cozy with Alpha boy''Ana says punching my arm playfully and I shove her back playfully of course.

 ''Mimi is the only nice person here''I say and Ana gasp dramatically placing her hands on her chest feigning a hurtful expression.

 ''I am the nicest you meanie''Ana resorts and I laugh along with mira.

 ''Today is the choosing ceremony are you excited''Mira asks me her eyes gleaming with happiness and I laugh at her expression.

 ''Oh yes she should given as she is the queen to be''Ana teases and I just laugh at her words.

 ''Then you should start respecting your queen beta female given as you will be crowned today also''I tell her and we laugh.

 We walk out of the house with Ana wanting to kniw the feeling of 'spending the Alpha king's money' so she pointed at every clothing she loved and thinks would look good on me.

 Finally we pick a dress with mine being absolutely white with gold lining the edges around the neck and waist area.The beautiful white dress a train behind me.

 Ana's dress is a beautiful gold coloured dress because only the future queen is to wear white the off shoulder dress beautiful on her.

 Mira's dress is a pretty black knee length dress.

 Finally we buy the rest of the things needed and heading home to rest before getting ready.
