[Gareth's POV]
Nayla and I proceeded to the next chamber, where the Royal Head Guard waited for us. It is a smaller room, with no windows, but it is elegantly well lit. There was a huge round table in the middle, a number of massive hardwood chairs around it, which, at the moment, are all empty. The floor was expertly covered with thick wall to wall carpeting. On one side was a wall cabinet filled with a shelves full of books, volumes of them; while on the other side was a huge wall mounted white screen and a computer table on one end, the desktop computer on it sticking out like a sore thumb a midst the classic interior design. The Royal Head Guard stood by the round table. He did not smile when we entered, rather he gave us a formal nod, and motioned us to join him at the round table. We did the same.
