Can't Come Back to You
It was a complete carnage over at Nicholai's side of the yard. Rowan could only miserably block from the claws that kept on attacking him. He had always known that Nicholai's fighting style was full-on assault, so he thought that he could easily get away from someone who didn't care to gauge his enemies.
He had never been so wrong.
Nicholai didn't have to gauge them visibly by hitting them and testing the waters. He could deliver his hits directly just like that and see if the enemy could evade him. If they could, then he would use the flames and the winds to keep them still. It didn't help that his bloodline gave him the ability to keep on freezing time. Even just the mere flinch it gave Rowan was fatal.
